OHMYGOD! I've gone downstairs several times because I've thought I heard a truck. Even my dogs are barking at non noises. I swear they know I'm on alert.

It actually came through Buy.com....but they were the seller.
When they shipped my dock it had no packing peanuts, bubblewrap or anything. Just a box in a bigger box. Still worked great but watch out for them.

Well...they were the supplier of my TF and it was packed nicely so I'm hopeful that this will be packed well also.
Dont they sell the TF with as a bundle with both the tab and keyboard in the US?
I keep reading of people ordering the dock by itself, and paying the full 150$ when we here in EU got the option to buy them together and save alot of $$ on the dock.

Yeah, if you can find it....I snagged a TF first because I was impatient..
In Denmark we can only get two versions atm:
16 GB bundled with the dock, or
32 GB without the dock.
Cant buy the dock or 16gb alone...
Anyway they are all sold out here too , I gotta wait at least 4 weeks before i get my 16gb with dock

He's definitely not hosing anyone. Shipping internationally is just expensive, especially for small companies.
I was ordering a dock + cable + (something else, I think) and was pleasantly supprized to find lower prices.
I ordered a dock the day before everything went on sale.....
but it did get here very quickly....

I have not been able to find a malata/gtablet dock on Amazon in the last couple of weeks. Maybe I don't know how to use the internet tubes.
I live in NJ, I been wanting a hdmi for my gtab, wee bit high price I found one at 6th ave Electronics, 6 Ft Vivitar HDMI to Mini Hdmi Price was $10.95 plus Tax

The docks is so worth it.
I've been playing around with it and have got a lot of great results.
Right now I use it at work (using wired connection) to stream Pandora, while constantly updating my personal email account and calendar. I put the Live Aquarium wallpaper on for aesthetic purposes.
Using Zyhong's latest 3.3 ROM, I have a full keyboard and mouse hooked to the tablet.
Essentially, this is now a full computer because of the dock.
Before this my gtab had started collecting dust.

Nice job on finding the coupon codes.
As for reliability, I've ordered from them in the past, but it was awhile ago. So hard to know how accurate their shipping time estimates are.

Guess it's no news that docks are sold out everywhere at the moment, and I have been waiting on Gamestop, who let my dock order date slip, then slip further, then they pulled the est. date entirely! Got all over their case today, and corporate calls me (I actually got an email through to CEO Paul Raines. LOL!) and tells me "It's not released yet, and won't be until end of January!" This from VP of logistics.. so I KNEW I was screwed if she didn't know what was going on.
Super happy to have this placed, got 2-3 days shipping, should arrive right within a day of my FREE Prime. (Yep... I got full credit from an unnamed retailer for F%$ing me up so bad it was a crying shame.) Now stop ordering these, so they don't screw up and oversell the stock!!! LOL!

Thanks for the feedback!! I've google their reviews, and its fair reviews in my opinion. Some really good, and some not so good. I ordered the dock, and the 64gb. Will cancel my amazon and expansys after I get a tracking #. Amazon, Expansys, and FRY's quotes me late January. Expect FRY's no ETA at all. Hoppefully I dont get an email in a few days saying backordered!! One good thing is there is no tax, I saved $55 of tax on the tablet. My total for dock and tablet was

I trust Abes of Maine from when I purchased a Camera a few years ago. The fact they accept paypal is nice too. I also canceled my Amazon dock order since it has a Feb estimated ship date and I figure even a back ordered dock through Abes will get here before February.
Amazon must have a ton of these things and the tablets preordered. Their estimated dates are so far out.

I didn't post about Abe's earlier because I found the negative reviews as well.
Alright my fellow Canadians, if there are any, if you have a Prime you're probably just as pissed as I am about the lack of anything for this tablet up here and even more so I'm pissed at Amazon for refusing to ship anything here. SO, if you see anything for the TP in/available to Canada, post it up here
pretty sure there aren't any sleeves for the prime yet at all. I went to staples and bought a generic netbook 10.1 inch sleeve from targus. Its a little fat for the prime but I figure it'll fit in there much better when my keyboard arrives (if ever)
Basically. Just take your prime to an electronics store and see which sleeve it fits in

I just got the case today and I must say, it is quite a nice case. It neoprene on the outside and suede on the inside with a pouch on the outside for storing cables and such as well as a small spot for a thumb drive.
If you are looking for a soft case with good padding I highly reccomend it.

Hey guys, email them, you'll get it for next to nothing. Amazon has some stupid requirement that things have to arrive within like 5 - 10 days at max or something like that and the only way for them to meet that is to charge $25 expedited. If yoiu email them and say you're in Canada, the guy told me he'll ship it China Post but it won't be within to 5 -10 but I don't care.
Just email em direct, BCSstore or whatever, originally the guy said just order it, put a UK or China delivery address and tell him the order number with an address in CA and he'll change it. Try it out, I got mine with free shipping and expected delivery is like 10 - 15 I think. I asked the guy if others could email direct he said sure, only issue is availability of stock
On the other hand, wanted one of those matte HHI screen protectors, they sell a 3 pack for $12 and want $24 for shipping, emailed them, they basically told be to get bent
I use this one, got it at Bestbuy for about $9 too.

It has 2 compartments and the larger one is divided in half where the back half fits the prime alone quite well. The front half would fit the prime attached to the dock or the dock separately. The smaller compartment has a mini pocket in it to hold an iPod or phone sized device with a space for headphones to travel up the strap and exit near your shoulder.
The only thing I didn't like (it isn't specific to this case) is that the USB charger wall wart has no place to go that is not a danger to the screen if the bag gets squished.

I just can't believe how hard it is to find a sleeve/case that fits a minimum requirements.
I'd love to get the Moko, Verteks, Roocase, Vipertek, Blurex slim sleeves (the one at multi-angle, portrait only mode) as they all seem to have the necessary cutouts of ports and speaker, and would allow docking the keyboard without removing the sleeve.
Except, they are ALL unavailable on Amazon.com, and I can't find any of these anywhere else.
Only thing available are the kind of sleeves/cases which cover the front side areas of the tablets which to me, is a no go as these can not be used alongside a dock ; or those like the MiniSuit which doesn't have a stand for the tablet alone.
Worse than that, the same thing goes for the screen shields ! It's impossible to get one here in Canada.
I can't wait to start using my tablet all the time (and get rid of my aging netbook) but I'm just too afraid to scratch it.
Really frustrated at this situation. And I did spend at least 4-5 hours in the past 2-3 days researching all the above.
Is anyone finding the Grey Prime Dock anywhere in the $150 range. It seems that was the going price there for a while now only ones I seem to find are over $200.

I live in the 717 area code and I was able to order one on Bestbuy.com and it was in store today actually. I must have ordered my dock AS it was being unloaded from the truck because 45 minutes after I ordered it, I got a text saying it was all ready to pick up.

Thanks. I got my Prime at Local BB yesterday and they didn't have the Dock and they told me they didn't know when they would get any. I got online this morning after reading your Post and it shows that they have the Dock at my BB for pickup today.

BB employees have no clue. I went on to buy my prime the other night and they were laughing at me like haha this guy thinks he can just walk in and buy a prime. Said sold put until I don't know forever. Literally 2 minutes later they walked up to me and handed me the box and were like hey man its your lucky day. Just got ONE! I was floored to say the least.
No dock for me yet. Gotta ease my wife into that one. LOL.

I am now on my 4th dock. They can be found. Setup an alert over on nowinstock.net. You can receive a text and/or email when once comes up but better act FAST when it does.
Check nowinstock.net as 650hpAMG suggests, and just keep checking your local electronics retailers. Places like Bestbuy get regular shipments, however due to the popularity of this tablet and Asus's relatively low manufacturing volume they sell out very fast.
Also, Officedepot.com seems to have the gray model in stock:

Seems like the gray is easier to find than the champagne. I currently have a gray dock and a champagne tablet. I only have a few more days before my return window expires on the dock, so I will soon be without a keyboard dock until I can find a champagne dock.

My local Best Buy had about 5 of the Champagne ones on the shelf about a week ago. If no stock at your local store, they may be able to order it in from another location. The only carry the Champagne one in the store though.

Thanks for the heads up! Picked mine up this morning. They didn't even know that they had any in stock. I had to ask them to check. This thing is even slicker with the dock!
I just got mine from office Depot. This is my first time using it. The keys aren't that bad, very easy to type on them with my fat fingers.

I have a Champagne tablet and a gray dock too. I had set up an alert at NowInStock and was in such a hurry to get my order placed that I didn't realize I was ordering a gray dock. I think the two-tone combination looks fine. Nobody cares that your tablet and dock are different colors (except you) Don't sweat it- it looks fine....
