everything works just as mentioned!!!!! the most important thing is that the LED is fixed so no more battery drains as there were in Rachts rom and working as it should AND the 3d games are now playable the games works just greattt!!!! FM radio is working as well...........

What's wrong with this thread, i think it would be very helpful cause devs will see it easily. Not all devs are visiting miui thread so i guess its proper he posted it here. Maybe some good and helpful devs will take a look at it! Just my thoughts!

im working on it now its all todo with the media profiles im testing a few fings trying to get the image to be clear when selecting 720p
as for the zoom that didnt work for me on beta 4 thats y its not working in this
Is this the same Camera app that Wolfbreak has included as an update to his CM 6.1.3 v4.4?
If so then can you optimize the 720p quality please, since I get audio delays and the recorded videos also have lags in them. The 720p can be enabled by just clicking 'Custom' in the quality settings and although you see green lines and distorted images on screen, the camera app actually records in 720p
If you can fix the audio and video issues, this will be the final answer to _ALL_ of our camcorder woes

no it dosnt work on there roms coz the camera dosnt work on them i have been trying all morning to get the camera working on trips rom i have edited his rom got it to install but still not luck i will keep trying but please note im not a dev so dont expect much
this will work on all 2.2 roms based on aosp an cm but not miui

You realise that Trip wouldn't have been able to do any of that without J&Z releasing xRecovery and their original AOSP roms?
Besides, MIUI was first released by J&Z in this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=835308 (see attachments in post 3).
The OP has already credited trip, so go kiss-ass in trips threads.
Is the Custom Kernel included in the ROM? Or can you choose to install it with the other file you provide in your OP?

I see in the screenshots the clock is black with black/grey status bar. It would be good if you could edit services.jar that changes the clock color to white. I haven't downloaded the rom yet so don't know if you have done it or not but thought to post it.

i suggest u provide two series of rom
i) based on Thjap's kernel
ii) stock kernel
i was not able to boot into the os bt using doom's v4-fs and freekernel able to do so.

Can someone test if data 2g works? If i switch to 2g there is no connection but it shows that is does. Does not turn green also. And then go back to 3g and still no connection. This i had not with spaarc rom. Aldo eferything is the same, init.d not and the buid prop.

Everything works perfect till now. 2g / 3g switch works without problems.
after switching it loggs in to google services automaticly (turns green)
wifi i have to test at home this evening

Requirements:

I recommend .283 baseband BECAUSE then you get BEST battery life!!!
But other .42 and .62 is too OK
Well ROM itself.....stripped out some stock apps.
Themed, all media files replaced, added some useful apps (freeware)
I dont give any changelogs because WHAT work...that work....what not...you tell me
Biggest Bugs:
HDMI,fm,wifi hotspots, built-in screenshots, 2way call recordyng don't work absolutely.
But 3rd part screenshots working fine, about fm...I'm using tunein pro. There is all my local stations and many more.
And all other working fine in this rom.
And we have some translation bugs too in contact savings.
INSTALL (my recommended way)
1. Flash Clean .283 with FlashTool
2. Flash NightElf kernel or JasonStein
3. Boot into CWMod recovery and WIPE all.
4. Flash MIUI 2.1.20 v1 and Mirror
5. Reboot
6. (IMPORTANT) When rom 1st time booting its laggy and slow....after 1st bootup make 2nd reboot about after 5min.
7. And after 2nd boot you get good and stable ROM, with GREAT BATTERY LIFE!!!
8. Optional. Use "S2E"...this giving you a lot free space and its just working so good and perfect!!

HDMI i dont use and after full day use no bugs for me
Did you tried Barcode scanner or Layar or Camera360?
What kernel use it for neo v?The same about MT15i?

Yes. No problems. Use flashtool for flashing and full wipe is recommended!

For hotspot try 3rd part tethering app.
Ringtones and notifications change "themes-edit theme setting-ringtones-your ringtone
Working fine in my Neo.

That's a fix from the original MIUI 1.12.9 rom.
I still don't get if this is just the result of the tool from Jason Stein or if the OP made any extra changes to the ROM...

Does it support indic language like Bengali (বাংলা) ? Stock sony gb renders it correctly but I dnt knw why CM7 does not render it. I read that it has something to do with libskia.so file (ICS and JB has this feature enabled by default) ...

Right now i am testing the XPERIA GB Stock keyboard on CM7 and is working very well with all languages
Download here (this is not a CWM zip !!!!) you need to copy the files inside manually with root explorer

I have no doubt that it is a good rom. Gingerbread has always been stable and solid for our devices. But my bandwidth is low and I really need bengali language enabled rom.
Just tell me,anyone with this rom, is the following text readable?

i tested with stock browser and Romanian language selected and the text is not visibile ....sorry man

It's okay. I kinda expected that, but stock GB supports the render so I thought of asking.
Nevermind, awesome looking rom it seems. Happy to see Gingerbread still coming in this age of JB. Keep up the good work

im using it right now.. no bugs so far, but the screen animations are a bit laggy.

allready tryied
use also disable cpu rendering and install adreno booster 0.6, works fine
you did not get permission to port, but it's nothing. I appreciate your work soon the next version of Slim Blur, but V2 is not the final version.
