Installation:
1: Flash baseband 67
2:Factory reset, Wipe Cache Partition, Format Cache ,Wipe Dalvik Cache from Xrecovery.
3:Flash Ultima 5 as a Custom Zip and Reboot.
4:Wait for signal..
5.go to cm setting and change the clock colour.
6:Enjoy.

Battery drain fix
I have fix the popular custom kernel battery drain
just do this
1. Go to dev tool and crash the system server.
2. go to setting/wirless and network/mobile network and silect the network manually.
3. Restart. Now may be you have deep sleep working

You realise that Trip wouldn't have been able to do any of that without J&Z releasing xRecovery and their original AOSP roms?
Besides, MIUI was first released by J&Z in this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=835308 (see attachments in post 3).
The OP has already credited trip, so go kiss-ass in trips threads.

Looks like this post got lost so i will post it again.
I see in the screenshots the clock is black with black/grey status bar. It would be good if you could edit services.jar that changes the clock color to white. I haven't downloaded the rom yet so don't know if you have done it or not but thought to post it.
