Hi everyone,
I'm having some problems with new Winamp wireless sync.
The windows app finds my phone, opens it, but it can't see any contents in my phone.
The only thing I can change from Windows is my phone's name and that's all. No songs.
Winamp 5.61
Xperia X10 2.1 stock
Any help?

Hello I have a HD2 Leo, im trying to work out how I can create a playlist on the computer and then put it onto my hd2.
So I create a playlist in windows media player on the computer and save it in the .asx format (to my knowledge this is the format it must be in for the hd2) I then put that playlist file on my HD2, when I open the playlist with a text editor, the file locations are pointing to the music on my computer as opposed to on my phone, even if I change the location to point to my phone I still cannot get these to work.
The music app on the HD2 isnt very good which is why I want to use the computer to create my playlists, can anyone help?
Thanks Alot
Ant
I know this is an old post but I have the same frustrations about where and how (no)sense keeps its playlists. Has there been any new ideas on it?
Just got my tab and am loving it, but having big problems getting mp3s onto the Tab. My music library is stored through MediaMonkey, and I've never had any problems using MM to sync my music and playlists to various devices.
When I try to sync to the SGT, I get weird results. Sometimes not all the files and playlists are copied over; sometimes MM just hangs forever on "Synchronizing" after copying all of the files; sometimes the files make it to the Tab, but the Music player won't recognize the artists or albums. I don't know what the problem is. Does anyone have any experience with this problem and/or a solution?
I've cleared all the caches and data for all of the media-related apps, restarted, still no solid results.
Thanks everyone for the help!
I use winamp which syncs wirelessly but does hang now and then but that could be my hardware. Havent tried connectimng it via usb.
I used Kies to sync some of my playlists to my GT, worked great over wifi. But I also uploaded most of music collection to Google Music and Amazon Cloud Player, so I really have access to it anywhere I have internet on my cell phone. Just sync'd my top rated playlist from iTunes to GT to save space.
Anyone have suggestions for a real nice package of software to sync music (from iTunes Library) and pics from iPhoto to the AT&T galaxy note.
Using Mac OS lion
Can't seem to get Kies to connect to the phone on my iMac.
Thanks
Use doubletwist for the itunes music. Found in the Market..
If the Apple iPhone has iTunes, and Windows Phone has Zune, what does the Android have?
I tried Google Music Manager, but it is strange. I want a desktop manager than I can sync my music to for Windows 7. Does anyone know what program I can use besides manually adding them to my device?
I just installed doubleTwist for the Android and PC. It's what I was looking for so far. Anyone know anything better?
There is a real player app. I personally don't keep music or listen to music on my computer. I like xenoAmp music player, you can find it here in xda. Just search it.

I'll stick with Real Player app and doubleTwist desktop software. Thanks.
I just use windows media player when you connect it as your mass storage.. its simple and easy as of music...
Sent from my SGH-T959 using xda app-developers app
You may want to check out http://www.winamp.com/. I've been a pretty loyal Winamp fan for years on the desktop, and their android app is definitely a very solid player that also includes nifty features like wireless sync over WiFi.
There are tons of music manager for Windows. Personally, I just manage my music manually and sync the music folder on my PC to the Android SDcard. You can use program like Microsoft SyncToy for syncing.
For programs that can sync music onto portable devices, try Winamp. Although I like Clementine, which is a lighter version of Amarok.
Hi,
my girlfriend wanted to look her pictures from the PC on her smartphone.
So, I found that the Windows Media Player (WMP) supports DLNA and activated it.
On the SGS 3 I activated the settings for DLNA.
In the Windows Media Player I now can see the SGS 3.
And now?
How can I transfer pictures from WMP to Android?
I tried it with drag & drop but it didnt work.
So I tried some DLNA-Apps from the market.
But no one can see my WMP, only the FritzBox Media Server.
I deactivated the firewall but that didnt work either.
Last hope was the BubbleUPnP APP, but that App needs an server address, I guess from WMP.
Can anyone help me please?
You should try ArkMC
It automatically finds your PC in network (note, that they should be in same network)
