I installed cubed rom on friday and I am very pleased the only problem is my verizon visual voicemail. Can some tell me if i can install it and how!! Very new to the rooting game.

It worked thanks @ first it would not let me install but it installed now.
I'm having the same problem, but when I try to download the Verizon version from the market and launch it, it says there is a built in version and will not let you use it.
Nm, I found an apk that worked. If only I would have googled first.
It's not the one that came with the phone but it works!!! Does not work with bluetooth but I can deal with that.

I have GV version 4.2.42 on my OG Droid running gingerbread. I installed it awhile back on my gtab but never go past the number verification. I am giving it another try today with no success. I gave up and uninstalled with titanium but now can't see GV in the market. I can reinstall with titanium but I am thinking I have the GB version not the froyo version. Is there a difference?

last time i checked the market one did not work for the thunderbolt (gave error during install experienced myself). reason i have read was since the feature is integrated with the messages on the stock rom.
Currently I'm running stock (but rooted) 2.11.605.9 getting great battery life and performance. I don't have any problems besides the fact that BT Phone Book Access Profile (BT PBAP) doesn't work with my car.
The only reason I'm considering moving away from stock is to get working BT PBAP.
When I originally tried the FactoryROM based on the open mobile leak, its BT PBAP worked fine with my car kit, but that was before the MMS fix, and some other things had been tweaked, so I went back to stock.
Now there is also the Thunderstick rom, with more tweaks and customizations.
Is one better than another? Is one more stable than the other for daily use for someone who relies heavily on their phone and needs it working? Are there any other ROMs based on the Open Mobile leak that have been tweaked for Verizon?
been running thunderstick for a while now. It's mostly stock with bloat removed and a bunch of tweaks to make the phone better. it also has a custom kernel with speed tweaks and governors.
I'm a couple versions back as it's been rock solid enough to not need to update. You can try both out to see what you like. You aren't stuck with the first one you pick. And only you can decide what's best for you.

1st, I can't get NBA Jams to install, I found a person who said to change the prop build to get it to install. Fine, but I have no idea what to change it to?
2nd, I saw a rom that had the Sense 4.0 task manager where you scroll right/left and swipe up to close an app. I can't remember which rom it was, and I can't find it. I'm running Team Obsession RC1, is there any way I could flash this?
3rd, I'm not a fan of the Samsung contacts app, I have Contapps from the Play store, and I like it but it's still not exactly what I'm after. Outside of apps on the Play store, could I flash a contacts from a different rom? I really like the stock ICS one I saw on my friends pohone. I've heard I could flash the CM9 people app, but my attempts to do this haven't worked. My phone's rooted and I'm running the latest CWM.
Basically they let you watch cartoons and anime on your mobile devices. They were great. But a few weeks ago they got updated to version 8.0. Ever since then whenever I try to start the app, it force closes. It didn't do that on the previous 7.8 versions. But unfortunately I can't go back and use those because when u start them, I get a message telling me to update. And there's no option to dismiss the update. So yeah. I'm pretty disappointed over this. I've been missing my shows like dragon ball super and pokemon xyz. I contacted the developers about this with an email three weeks ago and never heard back from them. Does anyone here have a fix for this?

Okay so after weeks of searching, I've found a solution for the app toonmania. You need a modified version of the app. That's at version 7.8 and doesn't check for the update at startup. I found one here:

It also removed the ads. It works perfectly. But now I need one for animania. I don't have a reddit account. So I have no way of contacting that person to ask to also create a modified version of animania. Perhaps someone here would be able to?
Also you need version 7.8 of animania if you're going to try to modify it. Because version 8.0 doesn't work at all. You can find that specific version easily by searching google.

You can get older versions of those apps from the site Aptoide.
But if install older version than 8.0 after start information for uptade downoload, and cant refuse it
Cartoon app
Have used toonmania. It's pretty good, but not as useful as watch cartoon online. I had that app from apknite. For me, it's even better than 9Anime.
