With which clock did you do your benchmark?
Mine is very poor on I/O because of my stock SDcard...

Mmh... Try to do a Neocore bench... Linpack score is pretty good, almost like mine, the low quadrant score could be due to the bad 2D/3D drivers of the stock rom...

That's pretty low... have you already tried flashing franco's kernel?

i actually never tried franco's kernel yet
on his page his instructions were:
"Wipe everything and that includes data+factory settings, cache, system, .android-secure and sd-ext partition (if you had it already)
If you don't have any ext partition it's time to create one (ext2/3/4: 512mb, swap: 0)"
i dont wish to wipe everything at the moment, i just would like to find a good kernel to flash to improve performance
can i flash franco's kernel without wiping everything first?, also is franco's kernel and his zRAM compatiable with stock 2.2 ?

also i suggest flashing it on a new ROM and flash it last after any onther mods or tweeks and dont forget to have a partitioned sd card
