Im sporting a June 5th Com Rom 2.0 setup with ec01 modem, LauncherPro and some other various tweaks. Everything is working flawlessly, however Id like the ability to change the size ( if not also the placement and font) of the lockscreen clock on the rotary lock.
I cant find any information on tweaking the clock font other than changing the overall system font, but its the size of it that is of most concern. Is there a tool or can an option be added to TSM Parts - lockscreen setting to manipulate the font size ?
I also liked the simplicity of the VA Green style rotary lockscreen; is it possible to pluck that out of the theme without doing damage to the current setup? If i apply the whole theme, I revert and lose apps like TSM, etc.
Thanks in advance
PS - whats with the horizontal band on the lockscreen underneath the time ? anyway to remove ?
BTW, I tried WidgetLocker but due to corporate security requiring a PIN, I cant disable\override the standard lockscreen. ( which is ironic because corproate security policy hasnt locked phone correctly since Eclair)

Hello all,
Sorry if I posted this in the wrong section..but I done some searching both here and on the web and I've seen it done on other phones but I must be missing something so if someone could point me in the right direction as I'm been trying to change the lock screen clock font,I can change the writing font but not the clock..help..ty
If you're on stock/stock based ROM, especially KI3/KI4, you can use jkay mod theme and jkay deluxe settings.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1154278
You can disable/enable clock, center the clock, have date displayed along with clock, or use aosp clock on lock screen.
Aosp clock has a smaller and neater font.
I ported my Black theme from NottachTrix4G to CSROM v6.9 (a lot of work!).
What I changed (vs. the base CSROM):
Changed QuickLauch Toggles (eliminated GPS, Data, & Sync) - I never used them
Changed Status Icons - Alarm Clock, Bluetooth, Signal, Mobile Data Type, Wifi, GPS, Vibrate, Airplane Mode, Signal, Battery (different color for each 1%), USB/SD/Memory, & Download/Upload
Changed Spinners
Changed the Dialer (to Grey)
Changed emoticons to Blue
Changed Power Menu Icons
Changed Default Wallpaper (to Black Ballistic) - go into the wallpapers menu and chose "reset to default" in order to see the new wallpaper
Changed Lockscreen Background to Transparent (so your wallpaper will show thru)
Changed Lockscreen Sliders to Semi-Transparent
Removed (visually) the clock and alerts from the portrait lockscreen (I did not like having 2 clocks and all that wordage on the screen)
Restored the "No Notifications" on the extended status bar
Changed Landscape Lockscreen to LARGE Digitial clock and visually hid the sliders (good for use in the standard dock)

.... and here is an "UNDO" button for those that would like to revert back to CSROM style without having to reinstall the ROM (you can flash this the same as anything else, it just reinstalls the orignial files of everything I changed)

To install:
1.) boot to recovery
2.) install from zip
3.) reboot
Awesome work!
Very nice work.
Look into the restore file; I think that there are two files missing: BlurAlarmclock and Blurphone.
Both are 0 bit
Regards
Nice work on the themes!

Are you asking for my personal input? Or are you asking for the input from other Atrix owners using CSROM?
If you are asking for my personal input, please send me a PM. If you are asking for input from other Atrix owners using CSROM then my suggestion is to create a new post in the "Questions" section requesting input for theme ideas for CSROM.
Hi!
After 2 years I am finally back from iOS to Android 4.4.2 on my new Nexus 5.
I flashed the newest version Paranoid Android and now I am seeking for a lockscreen layout that can replace the iOS lockscreen notifications I got really used to.
Dashclock combined with Dash Notifier seems like a good alternative but I now have some strange lockscreen behaviour of which I don't know if it's normal or because of some settings I missed.
Every time I expand / shrink for security code input I see a semi transparent white rectangle (as seen in the pictures attached).
Is this normal? If not is there any setting I missed, if yes, is there any possibility to avoid this? I don't use any lockscreen replacement at the moment...
Thanks!

i stumbled upon dashclock widget and it's extensions last night and tried it out and pretty impressed by it .the problem you pointed out seems the feature of it that a semi white box shows up on lockscreen actually it's part of expanding or shrinking the dashclock. Actually i had a question for you if you could take a look at this link and tell me how to set up dashclock notifier right next to the clock widget as seen in that pic? http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=51150628&postcount=1237
I've been searching for a dock clock with a large font, that can display using most of the screen. My current app of choice is Clock ICS (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.moblynx.clockics) because it can bypass my lock screen, uses Roboto font, and works . I have it displayed automatically at night, and since my device is locked, it opens without any problems. However, I've realized that most of my screen real estate is not being used.
I've looked at other clocks with big fonts, but they can't bypass the lock screen.
I should also mention that I really like the Roboto font (yay ICS)
I am currently running 4.4.4 Kitkat. Thanks.
Anyone?
Hi guys,
How can I definitely change the DPI of my device?
The Mi A3 native DPI it's 260 or 360 I guess, but it makes the UI elements so big, and I hate it! So, I came to developer options and changed the DPI to 510 which looks so much better, with small letters, icons, status bar and nav bar. But everytime I reboot our just lock and unlock my phone the icons and all others UI elements return to their normal size, so I need to go again to the developer options and change it again.. Is there a way to fix it? Can I do something using ADB commands? Thx in advance!
Facing same issue....also looking for any adb command or something which do not require root
You can change the display size , and the font. Otherwise you can install nova launcher or lawnchairlauncher V2 where you can make many changes to the size. ( lawnchair launcher v2 is very close to stock launcher with many more customizations )

They're talking about the android 10 bug in which certain elements (power menu, lock screen, notification shade) will revert to their original dpi even after changing the screen size.
Update: I just found the problem, it's in the fingerprint unlock. I just changed the fingerprint lock for a pin and now I can reboot my phone and the DPI doesn't get changed anymore. Now I'm searching for a way to fix it, cause the screen fingerprint it was one of the reasons who make me buy that phone.
Same for me
I also facing the same issue.. for me i used to toggle between dark and white modes then everything will fine..
for rooted device, "wm density" command should work.
