I rooted with a very difficult to find KF5 insecure Kernel
Installed Rom
and now when i make calls all people can hear is "white noise" kinda sound..
i know its not the mic cos i tested with skype so obviously something has buggered up..
Tried couple other Kernals, same issue!

Just reinstalled original stock rom and kernel... i think the problem was an incompatible modem... reinstalling seems to have fixed..

If there is a way to make HDC a9100 running any CyanogenMod version, write it here, or if there is already one for that phone
I have been browsing for 3hrs and not found anything yet -.-
It actually already runs CM7 but the items giving acces to the settings and the details have been removed in the most china phones, the only one I know having CM7 settings and all still showing is the Z710 ^^
I'll by trying to get Cm7 fully in original state once my phone arrives

Did you have any luck with this? I can't find any one who has confirmed a custom rom can be succesfully flashed on. I want all the chinese gone from mine...

And you can root it (see my last comment there), then you can just remove those apps with root explorer.
And the rom it's running is CM7 but it has been quite customized and some apps have been removed, I will be looking into those things.
When I've got everything back to normal CM7 I will relase a update.zip which will remove the chinese apps and restore CM7 to it's original state ^^
Switching it to English made about 90% go English, but about 10% of settings menus still in Chinese. How you you deal with that? I havent used CM7 in about 5 months, so I cant remeber exactly where everything is, plus some has been rearanged.... I will check out your posts at CMforum too.
I will manually translate the remaning chinese parts of the software and create a patch ^^
Also I suggest to install the latest 2.3.4 of the forums link I've given above, installing 2.3.5 is experimental so use with caution.
Also I'm trying atm to get the original CM menu back as it was normally with more options and ofc the themepicker is something I'm working on for sure

HDC A9100 stuck on Booting / Recovery Mode
Dear All,
My HDC A9100 was get blank screen after install custom ICS Theme.
I tried to enter Android system recovery <3e>, wipe data/factory reset, still same problem.
I tried apply update.zip (original stock ROM) from sdcard, but signature verification failed.
Please Help, how to solved my problem.

Are you rooted and have a custom rom/kernel? If so I would try a different kernel. If that doesn't work then flash another rom. Could also be hardware.

Hey guys, i have a little problem and its about a freezing problem on my sgs3, i have changed of rom, an stock one, a custom one, anything and, its not the rom so, wht could it be? i change my cwm5.5 for 6, i hav readed that can be the cwm.... what any of you suggest?

hi everyone, few weeks ago i've changed my XGO's touch screen because it was broken, after installing new touch screen i found that sometimes the screen stop working, and i have to restart my phone to solve the problem, i google it and read in some websites that its because of touch screen's Driver, as they say i should found and install new touch screen driver,
