So i have been searching and trying to figure out how to get ubuntu on my bolt.
Found a how to in the dev forum, I understand all the instructions, but I don't know what to do about downloading the links, it just pops up scripts.
Do I copy the script and paste them in gedit or what?

Hi please don't flame me for asking these questions I have tries finding the answers for my self but unsucesfully.
Q1 could someone please link me to the explorer root instructions and codes as I can not find a seach function in the xda app,
Q2 once i have edited the files with root explorer do i need pc access or cani do the rest of the process ota.
I know these already asked in 2.1 thread but with the thousands of posts there and growing by the minute i can not find what i need.

Yeah, you can search for it where you downloaded the android sdk, they have a base script there. Also, there is a thread on XDA about it telling you everything you need to know. I think it's in the G1 forum, I'll update this with the link when I find it.

I've seen people writing about installing Nexus Drivers and being able to use ADB with this ROM. Can someone post the link for the drivers that I need to install? I've looked in the nexus forum, but got lost. Any help is appreciated.

Hello all, I am trying to get the All in one root tool installed. Every time I download it, I can't open or extract anything from file. It is a. Rar file and wants to be burned? Can anyone help? Thanks

Okay I made my first Rom, but I can't get it to install after building it and trying to install the zip file. The installation gets aborted and I'm not sure why. There error mentioned tmp/kernel or something like that, but I don't even know why it is looking for anything kernel related since they aren't flashed in recovery. Anyways I guess I just need a quick guide to the part of the Rom that handles instalation.

You could go advanced in edit mode and change the title and the content. Just make it something stupid. No one will look lol
