Has anyone seen anyone selling and OEM EVO 3D battery? I had a bad experience with cheap Chinese batteries, so I never buy them. I need an OEM.
Also, what about a wall charger for the extra battery. Has anyone seen one? Seidio will probably sell one, but I don't see it up yet.
I'm just curious as to what you mean by "a bad experience"? I also bought some cheapo $10 chinese batteries for my Evo, and they were great, except the build quality was crap, they basically fell apart on me after about 6 months. What happened to your battery?
On an older, dumb phone, I bought a Chinese extended battery. After about 3 months, the battery started causing my phone to reboot constantly. It took me a long time to figure it out. I vowed never to buy a knockoff battery again.

I ordered this battery as a backup for my EVo 3D from Amazon and after conditioning the battery the last couple days, I got 22hrs 4m and 13s on it. Highly recommend

I also ordered the cheapo batteries with charger off of Ebay. 3 batteries and a charger for $12.00. havent tried them yet though.

Just picked this bad boy up at the Bestbuy on chapman in the OC if anyone is nearby.
I'll post back on the results in a couple days. I'm not going to do a label pull as I'm sure they're just rebranded Sedio 1900s
http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Platinu...49690267&skuId=2768046&st=Platinum&cp=1&lp=10
Seidio is their internet name, Platinum is their in store branding. Same company. Different name so they didn't shortchange their online business.
These will fit the stock battery door right?
Picked two of them up earlier today at the store in Oceanside.
When I checked inventory at the local stores, they were available everywhere.
I was even able to turn in some Best Buy bucks and got them for less than $40 each.
The chichitec batteries are nearly the same and for 40 clams get 2 of them and a wall charger. These batteries are very good...wall charger sucks. I am ordering the seido wall charger instead.

I bought some anker 1900mah ones and they are awesome which is technically the same as the chicitec. Why the seidio charger over the ones that came with your chichitec?
Sorry I know off subject....
It take nearly 8 hours to charge. I looked st the specs for the charger and it is 500ma...this takes to long. And something else I noticed is the 3vo batteries from 95 percent to 100 takes just a wee bit longer than og batteries. I want to contact seido if their universal EVO 3d/sensation charger is rated at 1amp just like the one for the og EVO.

What are the Conchords actually rating again? I was considering biting the bullet an grabbing one out these Seidio/Pt batteries but may go for the Chichitec instead since its 2. Then again I really only need 2 solid batteries since I have 2 Galilio batteries for emergency use....

Has anyone tried other phones battery on the photon?
I checked the accessories from the Motorola site, and they have a battery charger for our phones battery and it is also compatible with bw hw bf hf and bh series battery. ours is HF6X right? so if our batteries work with that charger i'm pretty sure the other batteries would work with our phone.
Heres the link http://www.motorola.com/Consumers/U...attery-Doors/Battery-Dock-for-HW-and-BW-US-EN
I dont have another battery from other motorola phones to try it. If someone else does would you try it in our phones? thanks!
I havent tried any different batterys, but ive tried a bunch of chargers and they seem to all work well. used a verison car charger from my friends BB. used an HTC charger. and used an off the wall china mass made discount special car charger.
all of those charged well and i didnt experiance any heat issues.
Just get the OEM HF5X Battery from Ebay for $16:

yeah pretty much chargers are becoming universal as the standard for phones are now micro usb i believe. with the exception of Apple. Reason why I ask the original question was cause I dont really like china branded battery that much, not that i hate it as i've had a few in the past but if i can get OEM batteries cheaper than 20 bucks, i would go that route instead.

well thats not OEM.. just compare the mAh to ours. ours is 1650 and that is 1500.
Don't think that is OEM, its 1500 maH and made by CS Technology.
I went this route (had these for my Epic, good results) just received them today, they fit and work.

Well, when I got mine it stated a rating of 1650MAh. I am looking at it right now. Maybe the 1500MAh batteries are knockoffs, but the one I got is a Motorola OEM (that's why I paid $25 instead of $16). Oh Well. I have used it and it works just like the one in my phone.

well if you say so, i'm not gonna doubt you. but the battery you received for 25$. does it look identical to the battery that came with your phone? because on that ebay listing, my battery looks nothing like that.

Pretty sure the Photon battery is unique, maybe not when the Bionic comes out but as it stands now. If you see a battery that claims it is for Atrix/X2/D3/Photon (or any combination), it will not fit the Photon, they are just guessing that its the same, which is not.

I am going to be traveling in the next couple of weeks and there will be several days that I am nowhere near a charger for 12+ hours. My Note has been really good with the battery with moderate use but the area I am going to has LTE so I plan to play around a bit. I figured it would be best to purchase a spare battery now and then take that with me so I am not running into any problems. Does anyone have any suggestions on a good spare battery? I know there are plenty of off-brand batteries on Amazon and eBay. Would it be better to get a Samsung official battery or has anyone had good success with any of those off-brands?
Thanks!
I bought Samsung "Spare Battery Charging System". Included battery, carry/charge case, micro-USB cable and Charger. Case doubles as stand for portrait /landscape viewing. Phone does not charge via stand, only spare battery charges.
$49.00 at AT&T. Good value, IMO.
I have been very happy with the Hyperion 2600mah 2pk with charger on Amazon for under $28. I believe they sell the batt separately also. Battery life is comparable to the oem batt and as an added bonus....it recharges faster for some unknown reason. Highly recommended...really.

Do you have a link to that product? I am searching Amazon and AT&T's websites and I do not find anything close to that. Only the dock or the charger with no batteries. Thanks!
I have using Anker batteries in all my android phones, and LOVE them. Fantastic customer service! You have a problem? They will take care of you with in a day!
The Anker batteries on my previous Samsung Infuse worked fine for myself for traveling .
I am using the Hyperion battery as well. Get which ever battery beforehand so you have time to go through a few recharge cycles to get the battery at its peak performance.
I ended up ordering the Hyperion 2 x 2600mAh batteries with charger. Along with the OEM battery I should have no problems lasting an entire day away from a charger.

Doh . . . I was just going to say you can order OEM batteries from Amazon through a seller for $30 and it comes with a charger.
IT doesn't mention that it comes with the battery but it does.
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0076Z3FSQ/ref=oh_o00_s00_i00_details
Just be careful buying "OEM" through other then official channels. There has been atleast one person here that bought "OEM" battery that gave him a whopping 6 hours of run time.

That's still good to know because Amazon is great about returns. I returned an "extended" battery for my Infuse when it lasted less than the OEM but was falsely rated higher. So if by chance the Hyperion batteries don't hold out I can always return them. I am sure they will work fine though, at least for the purposes that I need them for.
I just ordered this:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005VBNYDS/ref=oh_o06_s00_i00_details
Basically it's an external battery; this worked better for me as I have multiple devices that sometimes need an extra "kick" so I didn't want to be limited to a single battery for a single device.
If the Hyperions perform like the one I bought, you should be satisfied. It seems to operate as long as the Samsung one that came with the phone.
That being said, I also ordered the Samsung charger/battery combo that's also $30, and sold one of the Hyperion batteries and the charger. So now I've got 2 Samsung batteries and 1 Hyperion in rotation. I can't really tell the difference among them.
In the end, I think you get more bang for the buck with the Hyperions.
both OEM batterys came in today from amazon. havent got to use it yet, but same box from AT&T store

Bought the same pack from a different seller a couple months ago. I think I paid about $10. Regardless price can't be beat.
Pros:
Pretty good life, roughly 75% of OEM.
Cons:
Charger has since crapped out, one of the pins broke off inside.
Batteries wouldn't charge in phone, gave message "battery disconnected" on screen
One of batteries died on, wouldn't charge.
Overall a good deal so long as your charger doesn't crap out like mine did. I've had this same charger come with almost every cheap battery pack ive bought for different phones. It's the exact some one except the size of the battery slot changes for each battery. This is the first one i've had crap out so i'd say its a fluke.

How much did you pay for yours, $30?
I have this one as well.
I have the same pack and I purchase from the same listing at Amazon. It allows me the added assurance of battery power.
CONS:
The batteries wear down faster than the OEM battery that comes with the phone
Something else to carry so you need to have them in your pocket or a traveling container of some sort to carry them with you.
PROS:
Fast swap with a fresh full charged battery.
I love the charger has an USB port where you can plug your micro usb cable in and change the battery in the phone at the same time that you charge one in the dock.
It was worth the buy for me. I'm always looking for more ways to accent my device experience.

Wow very nice deal.... ima have to get me a kit for emergencies...
Just wanted to mention that I purchased two Anker stock size batteries and wall charger with additional USB port for $29 shipped.
They come in a very nice box... almost looks like a gift box, and everything has 18 months of warranty. Can't beat it for the price. I bought it from Ankerdirect on eBay.

I'd had great experience with S3 and S2 batteries and chargers from them. The Note 3 charger is ONLY for the Note 3. It's not a universal charger that will charge any Anker battery, but I prefer that, because the previous models, though universal, were a bit difficult to adjust the pins on for charging.
Really happy with the investment.

Has anyone used a NOOT battery before? According to their website, it does have NFC built in.
It's currently $5 per battery on Amazon. Looks exactly like the Anker, but with different branding. Most likely the same battery but at less than 1/2 the cost.

Do you really think Anker's batteries are designed in house?
You can contract your name onto any product template up in the Shenzhen
Have you noticed that many of their products look like the generic ones you'd find on the fleabay sporting different brands
They have good CS, I'll give you that
To those who have this kit, does it take longer for the charger to charge compared to the stock charger? I had this with my note 2 and it took forever (around 12 hours) to do a full charge on a completely dead baytery. I'm thinking if I should get this or the official Samsung spare battery charger

I picked this up recently. $30 seems fair considering the batteries support NFC. I prefer the non-universal charger that this comes with.
I had the equivalent ($20) product for my S2, and the Anker batteries outlasted the stock and replacement OEM Samsung batteries by a long shot. Of course, the original battery that came with the S2 did swell up like a balloon in less than a year.

Lol
I would never buy that battery. Ever.
There's a reason that it's half the cost. You get half the reliability.
And yes you can get cheap stuff over there (Shenzen) because a lot of it is the cast offs and slightly imperfect versions.
I've been getting close to two days of average use per Anker battery, even though my Android System usage has spiked since updating to Kit Kat. So slightly better than the stock battery on Jelly Bean.
I've bought anker batteries for all my phones and so have my friends. The factory Samsung batteries ive had all ballooned up. All my ankers are still good. They seem to last longer than the factory batteries, maybe I'm just imagining things.
Currently I rarely ever charge my phone on the cable, I'd rather not risk wearing out the usb port.
I wake up, swap in the charged battery from the charger and stick the old one in the charger. Rinse repeat.
Is it just me or these batteries with charger cost US $260
Many sellers raise their price to something ridiculous when they are out of stock. Still $29.99 on Amazon.
I bought a set of these for me and my Fiance as soon as we got our Note 3's. We are both very accustomed to having spare batteries, we also had some with our Galaxy S3's. I have not had any issues to speak of with these batteries. Life is on par with stock battery, charge as expected, charger is functional etc. I would highly recommend them. I think I snagged them for about $26 on Amazon a couple weeks ago.
