Go into phone settings-> about phone and tell us what your baseband. Pretty sure the 1.97 radio comes with alien and stock gb from att.
I have N_01.77.30P as Baseband version
That should be the latest radio.
Great! thanks... I'll flash the kernel and OC away!
I am also thinking about a similar question. My phone is Atrix Asian Retail version. I rooted, unlocked and installed Alien #4 straight out of stock 2.2.2. I saw that my radio is 1.95.
I want a reliable and not too much battery consuming kernel. Can you suggest me which one is the best?
A lot of folks on alien, myself included are running faux123's kernel. I can't tell you if there will be any issues with your experience in your market, but my own anecdotal experience suggests that it is the most popular non stock kernel at the moment.

You should keep your radio. Despite its numbers, this is the latest one.
Hi there, everywhere I read about atrix updates, people a writing about the cons and pros of the unofficial rom updates, but everyone is sure abou radio update. So I already have decided that I wont do any rom update unless it is official, but I might do a radio atualization for a better the internet connection and battery life.
So I have a brazilian atrix with the 3rd official rom by VIVO:
Radio: N_01.77.07P
Webtop: OSHWT_U1_6.66.0
Kernel: 2.6.32.9
Versão: OLYLA_U4_0.50.0 (Blur_Version_0.50.3.MB860.Vivo.en.BR)
Adroid: 2.2.2
So I did some searching on forums before posting of curse, but everyone that did update the radio or kernel, did it with the full rom atualization to android 2.3.4. So I was wondering...
Can I update my radio on my official rom?
Wich one is the best for my Brasilian Atrix VIVO?
Thanks guys
P.S yes I already read: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1163009
please can someone help... Thanks
Without going into great detail, my speeds suck (not even getting 1Mb/s) . Does anyone know the most recent, and fastest, radio available for the Atrix(ATT) running 2.3.4 (rooted)?
Thanks in advance

Which radio (baseband) version you have now? I assume the N_01.77.30P version? You can check it by going to Settings>About Phone>Baseband version on your phone.
There are a couple of radios released for the Atrix. If you are on ATT, there is one that has been leaked from the OTA ATT update to GB 2.3.5, which has a newer radio version N_01.77.36P. It seems that people are having good results with that one.
Here is the link to get the .36P version:

36P found in Fruitcakes thread. Latest and greatest. Works very well!
I am currently using fruitcake webtop 2.3.6
Is there a newer version that is or isnt for the atrix that we can use?
Is there any way to sue any newer webtop version is there are any at all??
there is no newer version.
oh i see i was just wondering if there was any modded version or anything but thanks for the answer anyways

If you have a Sony Ericsson there isn't a need for that baseband.
The 2.1.58 baseband supports 3G/3.5G... you can get that from here at mediafire website put in url: -----> /?fvv8wkfdn5dyche
or if that doesn't work use baseband: 2.1.54 if that one does not solve your problem... go to mediafire website and put in (as I cannot post links yet! ------> /?0unyd78ww1puzst
---> The Xperia x10s wireless chips do not support AT&T's 4G so these two should solve your problem
I had issues with gettting service after flashing a new rom to my x10 so I searched forever to find a dang baseband that would work with it.
I hope this helps
