According to Art (Premiere Community Manager) on the Sprint Community Forums the web site should update and the EVO 3D be available for online sales to Premier customers at 8:00 AM Central Standard Time. Guess only time will tell if he as a member of the Sprint Management Team is right or not.

It is/was $125 .. I thought it ended the day before release day (24th) which was why some people were getting a phone ahead of time and returning it Friday for the Evo 3D

I like really like WP7 and for the most part the HTC Arrive. The things I missed about Android/my EVO were: screen/phone size, and app support for some of the apps I use quite often on Android. Other than that, WP7 is a great OS and the depth of integration is impressive. So in cleaning my room I stumbled across a very lightly used black Otterbox Commuter case for my EVO 3D that I got rid of many many moons ago. I have no use for it. Been doing case giveaways for the past few weeks over in the AT&T One X forums so I figure why not do one over here to get rid of this case. If you want it, it's yours, I'll even pay shipping.

They haven't been but I think they are going to be from here on out. I just want to make sure the people who get my cases are active members of the community who try and help out and aren't going to take my case and run.

He's askin for paypal so he can send the money and then chargeback once he gets the phone.
It's the biggest happening scam on paypal, and paypal still doesn't listen the seller. They listen to the buyer only.
(Probably because that's the only way they get their cut.)

So many people at this other site that I posted this at are coming forth and saying how they got ripped off this way.
Now this scammers phone number has been posted in some major cities as "male 4 male" ads. Lolz.
I posted a phone on Craig's list and someone tried to get me with that scam but I knew it looked wierd and stopped texting them back.
I had the same text almost verbatim when I put my evo 3d up for sale. I told the guy to get lost and he got offended that I didn't want his 'money'

I had an ad up for some blackberrys on CL. This weekend i got a guy who spoke poor english (possibly nigerian) and asked to meet.
So i drove to my office and after waiting an hour he showed up.
He called me from the parking lot asking me to come out, i said no you come in. He said no bring to my car, I said No you come in, this is an office building and this is a work transaction. He said he didnt trust me. I said no problem. My lobby has cameras and if you want to buy my devices ill be waiting inside..

Wanted to share this with folks, as I know a lot of you would like an early upgrade to the Note 2.
First, we are a business customer; that is my wife works for a large corporation that allows us some nice discounts on our service. We have 3 phone lines in our family, so we are not that big of a account personally..
I called CS today, and asked about an early upgrade. We are only in month 10 of our agreement, so I didn't think I had much chance. The first guy I spoke to was trying to get me to change my plan, and add a line, and do all other stuff, so he could "justify" upgrading me for $299.
I told him no, I didn't want to add a line, or do anything silly like that, and asked to speak to retention.
After being transferred, I politely told the gentleman that I wanted a $199 upgrade to a Note 2; I mentioned that Sprint and T-Mobile had promos for that price, and, I could sell our 3 phones on ebay, and make more than enough to pay the cancellation fees, but, I wasn't threatening to leave, nor did I want to leave, nor did I want 3 upgrades; just one for me.
He came back and said he could do the upgrade for 299, plus he would give me a 30 dollar credit for the next 6 months, effectively making the price 119!! (299-180=119).
I asked him to waive the activation fee, and he said he would give me another 36 dollar credit to take care of that, and, also, throw in 2 day shipping for free!
So, I should have my phone by Friday, and am excited to move to the note 2, especially at THAT price!!
My point is, it appears that now that Xmas has passed, they are more receptive to doing early upgrades for those of us that don't really qualify; also, being very polite, and nice to the agent probably helped me as well!
Thanks to all the great friends, dev's, and mods that I have made in this thread, and, a lot of you have already moved to the Note 2, and I am sure a lot more of you will be there soon as well. Hopefully, you can be as successful as I was in getting an early upgrade if that is what you so desire...See you on the other side soon!!

I LOVE that 2 tone look....acoustic modems FTW!!
Its true that there will always be a next big thing. The flashaholic in me wants a note 2 but att extended my upgrade time to 1 1/2 yrs when I upgraded to the note and I didn't upgrade early. So wait until Oct or pay full price. I'm sure they would be happy to let me pay full (overpriced) retail.

Have you guys not tried xposed frameworks and the multi window apk? Works on stock tw based ROMs.

Tony Stark - it is nice to see you on the att htc m9 threads. Are you going to be the Moderator for the att device? Because I am looking through the HTC one M9 thread. and the Moderators there are closing everything( well not everything, just a lot of them). Even in the general forum !!!! anyone who brings up the heat issue gets their thread closed. People are spending a lot of money on this device when it comes out- and they are trying to do their research before the purchase. - I always go to XDA before i buy a phone. But to not be able to talk about it ...... Mean less to say I am happy you are here

As TonyStark mentions, we have no intention of closing any thread unless it gets unruly or something of the sort. If you want to discuss the snapdragon 810 overheating issues go ahead.
If there is a situation in another section where threads are seemingly being closed for no apparent reason, you should send a PM to a moderator in that section regarding, or a Senior Moderator, so that it can be looked at. But as for any forum that falls into the HTC US/Canada section that this team moderates, we're not out to close any specific type of thread other than senseless bashing ones etc.
Now if we have 20 threads about overheating, we might try to consolidate discussion to one thread, but that would be the only thing I can see on this.

Has anyone heard anything about a Dev Edition. I have the M8 rocking it and can't see any other way to fly. There's no way I could run carrier junk.

The only way Dev ed will be on the M9, is if it's ported from M8. Last I knew, HTC wasn't building dev ed's any longer for Google.

That's what I was afraid of. I asked on another thread and of course it was closed because of "speculation". I hope someone can port it, but what I fear is that even if it can be done it would be the last one as time goes on. Sad times...

I just wanted to add that AT&T M9 variant might be cat6 unlike the M8, which was cat4, so we can finally get the data speeds we deserve and the carriers will be capable of in the future!
