Missing Movie - HTC EVO 3D

When I click on Green Hornet, I see the message, no movies. Card has not been erased. Any ideas how I can view it?
Thanks

It's not on the SD card, it's through HTC's movies app.

you might be holding a valuable commodity
please post over
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1135100

you put your old sd card in the phone without transferring it's content to your old SD card

if you are using the sd card that came with the phone, please do not format it, remove the sd card and post in the thread ScrapSilicon mentioned.
valuable is an understatement.

if they've got the golden ticket and it gets us what we looking for (root ..root ..now) I'll send them an 8GB SanDisk microsd with the movie on it straight out of my 3vo

Well sprint was no help. They suggested contacting htc about the missing movie.

Did you ever find a working link? I could upload them to my minus account.
I haven't been able to find a working link. I bought my 3D off ebay about a week and a half ago and the guy didn't include the sd card.. If someone can do another upload that would be awesome.

Put card in pc, if needed, format. Download and install a free program called Recuva and use the program to recover files. I've used it to recover pictures that had been deleted from sd cards and hard drives (even after format. Just don't write new stuff on it). Works great!

I don't see how what I suggested is any different.

I had a Similar issue recently. But was mostly worried about losing my pics and videos of my son (almost 2 years worth, and i took a lot). Luckily I was able to recover using Recuva (doc's, apk's, pictures, etc..). Thank goodness for dropbox though. Most of my pictures was already backed up and the rest I was able to recover.

Try R-Studio I can hook you up with it, I really don't care about the money, I have been there and I know the feeling.

[Q] storage swap.zip

hey guys. i have just edited one of my posts so ignore the other answers.
Can someone please make me an update.zip to install a custom vold.fstab. I will highly appreciate it. (And give thanks ofc)
When I update my Rom, I loose my custom vold.fstab and have to edit it again to swap storage around. And would like just to flash an update.zip after updating my rom.
thanks
There are 3 apps Ive seen that try to correct storage problems.ICSbinder/remountsdcard/directory bind.
What has happened,is your storage mucked up after flashing a rom?

Thanks but I still can't get it to work. I'll just have to stick to the script that makes the phone think the external SD is the internal SD.

[Q]Default Storage Solution

I'm rooted fyi. I was wondering if im completely retarded or is there a way to default everything to the external sd card. I cannot find this to save my life...
Sorry to say it seems the answers to your question are yes, and no in that order.

The short answer is no, you cannot make the external storage the primary storage area.

Sorry I was being a smart ass, the yes was referring to the adjective you had called yourself, the no was the answer to your actual question.
I don't have the device yet so I can't help you but a modified vold.fstab file would work.
Sent from my MB870 using xda premium
Interesting, has anyone tried that modified file on it yet? Curious how it works?
