Please, can anyone give me or make samsung galaxy mini boot animation to our X8. I'm very like samsung bootanimation, but when i see my brother samsung galaxy mini, the file is another format that unknown format. Can anyone help me??
i think you have to run a ported Samsung ROM on your x8 which uses such strange file formats for the bootanimation, but currently the Custom ROMs for thw X8 are HTC ROMs or based on Cyanogenmod 6/7.
But maybe there´s a way to convert it...
Someone at XDA said that the format (.qng) is a image file! Someone know how to open thos file?

T_T please, because I flashed a custom rom, but the bootanimation was different and I didn't like it...
please.. I tried to search here, but all people wants to change bootanimation (nobody wants the original lol) please.

My mobile is rooted and i was having a custom rom scavenger 3.5 JB but now i have unofficial 4.2.2 custom rom..
my problem is tha my mobile shows boot logo as samsung galaxy s4 then it shows cross x.
i want to remove that samsung galaxy s4 boot logo..please help me guys thanxx in advance.

Get root explorer then go to main "system" file then enter either "media" file or "custom" file this will not be on the sd card, it will be a bootanimation.zip one of each could be in separate files i.e. one animation is in media file and the other is in custom file. Change one file from .zip to .back reboot see what changed in a reboot if you see no change revert .back to .zip and try another animation. You can also put a different bootanimation in the media folder if you find one to your liking.

Hi, I tryed but boot animation not changing the first image after restart. Is changing only the animation that is shown after the name of samsung phone "Samsung Galaxy s3 mini... " this is the correct one but on my phone is shown s 2 mini....
