how do my sgs2 3g connection change wifi and use my sgs2 and download games sd file through this wifi connection..........please help

My tab is HCL ME U2.Android 4.0.4.Now it is not sim supported.I have to connect to internet via dongle.Whenever I connect the dongle I find the option Use 2g networks only under the mobile networks setting.But can't check it.It automatically unticks.So how can I use 2g network.It drains my battery a lot.And 3g is costly in India.My tab is rooted. Anything to tweak the build.prop to get 2g networks option??Please help :crying::crying::crying:
is there a way to use the wifi network just for lan and the 3g network for internet at the same time?
i'll explain my issue:
when i connect my phone to my odb2 dongle using wifi i can use the odb2 interface but i have no access to internet...
while driving i'd like to record my car activity and use internet as well.
so i need wifi on to connect to the odb2 (but no internet access)
and 3g to use internet at the same time.
i've googled it but unsuccesfully.
do you have any suggestion?
ps: my device is a note3 (unrooted)

Hi guys I would like to know why when using my phone to download through wifi in internet the speed is always perfect (max speed of my connection 5MB\Sec) but when instead I use wifi to transfer files in my LAN to PC I can't reach speed above 300kb \sec...someone knows why? Thanks

I have a wifi camera transmitter and i connect by wifi to samsung galaxy s4
i want to used TeamViewer to see from a any laptop or pc descktop imagig from wifi camera.
But here aper problem: when i have turn On and wifi and Data Mobile (3g...4g connections) internet connections breacke of.
i tinck TeamViewer mouve automaticaly internet connection from data mobile to wifi and problem is wifi connection from phone i used only for connect camera wifi module for internet i used data mobile.
How can i change this settings when i enable wifi connection from phone, internet connection keep by data mobile(3G or 4G) and not muve automaticali to wifi phone because i can not connect and wifi camera and wifi internet share in same time?
