Yep Swedish and Finnish use these symbols, so they would be on the physical keyboard of phones from those countries (Probably on all Scandinavian Mini's).

Mt T-mobile MDA (US) has the black keypad and the blue blacklight - not sure if thats what you mean.
PS: This topis has zero to do with wizard upgrading so not sure this is the forum for it.
im looking for the the black keyboard button just like the pictures. im stating the "t-mobile mda (us)" because that the verison i have. since there are different type of wizard like the cingular 8125 which look different. hope that clarify it.
I tried Googling the part # - no joy.
Try emailing HTC directly for info on that part. At [email protected] .
It's listed as:
Keypad Pre-Assy,Qwerty
74H00542-00M
What's the worst they can say?
Now go have fun!

Got tired of the flat ugly menu of my WM6.1 S740. So, i tried the FingerSuite. Finger Menu working perfectly well but Finger MessageBox has some issues.
So I re-cabbed FingerSuite to take out unneccesary files (retain FingerMenu QVGA files only) and modified the skin to my liking (attached cab.) If you want to learn how to skin/change color and fonts, please read the original FingerSuite Thread:
Install attached cab and softreset your device.
Looks nice but is there any way to use the number keys like in the normal menus?

I don't think so. This was originally made for TouchScreen devices, hence the name "FingerMenu."
You really have to use the DPad.

Nope, that's why I don't use it any more.
You won't need this in WM 6.5, since it supports the newer nicer menus.

I don't know why, I can't change language with HW/KB by othe KB app
(Tswipe can set 'Change Language' Key on HW/KB)
How Can I Fix it?
Help me please!
That's a framework thing. I was working on something to remedy that for AOKP, but got a bit distracted so it's all ideas now.

It won't. The stock keyboard uses some really ugly hacks to make it work, most other keyboards don't.
I was Freeze Stock Keyboard app
not work
I was Uninstall Stock Keyboard
not work
GIVE UP!!
T^T
I saw somewhere that in 2.3 OTG Keyboards only work in English.
That on ICS other languages will be supported.
If this is true I don't know... but might the the reason for your problem.

I'm not sure what keyboard that is but if you go into settings for the keyboard and make sure the only language that's checked is English it should go away. I think Spanish is often checked as a second language by default.
Keyboard settings are accessible from the home screen using Menu/Settings/Language & keyboard.
ramjet73
yea, but it still stays there... not available to press, but takes place. it is stupid!
How did I not see that! While the option is not there, I can select just English. But then the voice button replaces it. So I just uninstalled the voice program.
Woot woot!

How to turn off spell checker?

Hi, just got my new x822, and so far it's amazing! But when I write Hebrew, it puts all words with an annoying red underline. I understood that's the spell checker but can't find a way to turn it off in settings. Tried to use stock keyboard and swiftkey but both with the same problem.
