No fastboot mode, its hard reset. You might have bricked your recovery i think.

We could send commands to the phone via fastboot (like wipe or put the image files directly from the command prompt in Windows).

No, I got fastboot. After discover it, I tried using home + volume up + power to enter in CWM recovery, but that's the hard reset sequence
Damn! The fastboot message only appeared the first time. Tried again and it isn't.

I mean to say if you have flashed v20g with the stock recovery (from lgmdp tool) than with the button sequence it will hard reset but if you have kept your flashed recovery (unchecked that option from lgmdp tool) you should boot into recovery (cwm) if u get fastboot something is broken.

I've installed it "the russian way", whith the recovery option checked (it's suposed that the files contained CWM recovery 3.1 already installed, but it hasn't).
Does anybody have the fastboot drivers to our phone? Can't send commands because of the lack of it :S
I am on the stock recovery that came with the romanian kdz. I dont have fastboot with any sequence. I dont know which is the russian way.
But you cant say v20g is fastboot enabled. (Every p500 rom has fastboot but no sequence boot into that.)

There was some talk of fastboot in new gb ofgicial roms in russia or androidworld.it.
Dont remember exactly.

Download a recovery image of your choice (I recommend TWRP 2.0)
If it's in a zip format, extract the IMG file and copy it to where you have fastboot located.
In a command window, use cd to navigate to the appropriate location that fastboot is stored
reboot your phone into Bootloader (Power on while holding Vol-down key)
Select FASTBOOT on the phone and plug into PC (it should say FASTBOOT USB on the Phone)
in command window, type fastboot flash recovery <name_of_recovery_image>.img (Obviously replacing <name_of_recovery_image> with the file name of the recovery image) and press enter, let it proceed until it says OKAY.
Should work after this.

Hold power and volume down as you turn it on. It should boot into fastboot, and if you have some *.XML.zip, extract everything from the zip and open a command prompt window in the directory you extracted it to (shift-right-click anywhere in the folder and click "open command prompt here") and also open the *.XML and flash each line manually. You should be typing something like "fastboot flash system *.*" each time.

My volume up had broken. So I cant go to downloading or recovery mode. I had tried z4root but it doesnt work in honeycomb. Using adb by this command " adb reboot recovery" just shutdown my tab and show charging mode. Can anybody suggest me a way to root my device
Do adb reboot download, then when it's turning off unplug it. Plug it in again when it's in download mode

when it tunning off, unplug it right away or wait till it goes to downloading mode because when i unplug it righ after writing this command, it still reboots, not go to downloading mode
After rooting the recovery you install should be TWRP which is touch based and not CWM which uses the volume and power keys.
Cheers.

Follow the quotation to get into download mode and use Odin to root the system.
You can also use Odin to flash the recovery.
You will then use the recovery to flash the superuser.
Cheers.

does anyone know how to go to recovery mode by fastboot?
Try do reboot download in terminal emulator, not adb. That way you don't need to have the cable plugged in.

I heard there are some rooting apps in the Play store that can be downloaded to root your device. I have not used any so I can't attest to the claim, but is worth trying now that you are running out of options.
Cheers.

adb reboot bootloader
fastboot flash recovery twrp"or whatever".img
fastboot reboot
adb reboot recovery

I reflashed a recovery through fastboot, flashed the new Rom and then it boots, but when I try to get back to recovery after new Rom I get the triangle. I've tried two different recoveries and two different roms!

That is the wrong command.
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot flash boot is flashing recovery as your rom, then it is loading and you are loading a new rom which overwrites the boot.img you just flashed therefore never having a recovery. every time you flash "fastboot flash boot *.img" it is killing your rom. flash recovery properly and reinstall rom
