For some reason over the last week or so, with any podcast player I try, it fails. Here's what happens- I'm listening to a podcast, I pause it and then when I try to un-pause it freezes and then I have to force close. I'm willing to do a factory reset or a fresh SBF install, IF it will fix the problem.
Anyone have any ideas?
Is anyone running Pocket Casts (podcast player) successfully on the S2? I had it running for a couple of days but now it always force closes a few seconds after launching it.
???
im always getting fc when trying to play videos from machimina.
anyone have else having the same problem?
other video can play just anything from machinima the app fc.
i did message machinima but still not reply from them.
no one having this problem?
I was playing around with Allshare on my Tab, (Task 13 slim with Pershoot kernel). The app works great when playing music stored on my PC but if I try to play a movie or open some photos, I immediately get a force close.
Any ideas what the problem may be?

My buddy has an OG Atrix and he is having an issue with his Google Play Music App. When he puts it on shuffle, after about 10 plays or so, the app freezes and he has to force close it. He has tried all the usual fixes such as clearing data/ cache, reinstalling, battery pull, etc.
Anyone else have the same issue or know how to fix?
Thanks!
The phone is pure stock, not rooted.
When you say it freezes, do you mean it stops responding? Or it stops playing music?

Click to collapse
It stops playing music and stops responding all together.
Any possible security or permission apps that could be causing a conflict?
Worse case scenerio you could always download Winamp from the Market which would be a "free" solution...

Is it rooted? If so, try fixing permissions through Recovery.. I've found that the weirdest quirks are solved through fixing permissions. Just a thought

It's not rooted. To the poster who recommended winamp. Can winamp play google music files that have been uploaded?
