Problem with SGA "vibrate" - Galaxy Ace S5830 General

Hi all,
Thanks for reading my post.
I have been facing strange problem with my SGA. Phone seldom vibrates for any type of notification or incoming calls. Even after it has been set to "Always" vibrate in settings.
Can anyone suggest any solution for this.
Thanks for your help
Phone specs:

Android version: 2.2.1
Kernel version: "2.6.32.9-perf root SE-S605 #1"

Try retore factory setting if no sucess then try other roms, its not a hardware problem so try different rom some will surely work.

[Q] Urgent Help - SMS not working after installing custom rom on xperia 10i

Hi
I have the following information on my custom rom. Everything is working except SMS. Can someone suggest a solution. I tried upgrading the baseband to 72 but its not upgrading somehow.
Android Version: 2.2.1
Baseband Version: 2.1.71

U can do this
1.make sure u install the rom who dont have bugs in the message.apk
2.check your SIMcard no problem
3.check your messege service number in messaging>settings>Service center address>check number of your service center of messaging

[Q] drop down menu animation?

Hello everyone
Basically I was wondering if it is possible to add an animation to the drop down menu? I searched a bit for this and found a few guides but for different phone models so my other question is as long as its for android could I still follow those guides and get a result?
P.S I just about managed to work out how to root and then add a custom rom to my phone by following the instructions exactly so please don't be too techy
I have a Samsung Galaxy S 2 (GT-I9100)
Android version: 4.0.3
Baseband version: I9100XXLPS
Kernel version: 3.0.15-I9100XXLPS-CL294511 [email protected] #3
Build number: Lite’ning ROM v2.7
I'm not exactly sure about animation but yes u can add some cool custom icons and logos by flashing a theme from the theme section in the forum.but let me tell u something all these things are battery hungry.so u should install them only if u don't care about ur battery much

[Q] Need Assistance for Unresponsive Screen.

Hi All,
Greetings!
I currently have a SHW-M250K galaxy s2 model.
I have flashed it with i9100 gt firmware.
However, some portions of my screen are unresponsive, only to some applications. The lower part of my screen is not being detected properly. Its as if some applications only detect my screen as 4.0 instead of 4.3. It only happens to some applications. Keyboard and other apps seem to work fine.
My details are as follows:
Model: GT - I9100
Baseband: I9100DXLP7
Kernel: 3.0.15 - TH [email protected] #2
Build Number: IML74K DXLP7
Would updating my kernel be of any help?
What would be a good way of fixing? Would wiping all my cache and data help?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
bump
Hey...
yes, try to update or use another kernel once.
If this won't help, last option is to make a full wipe, but try the kernel first.
If u hadn't the prob before and not bigger drop of phone or anything like this, it wouldn't be a hardware issue

Bluetooth issue (SuperNexus 2.0 M1 i9300/S3)

Hi!
I just flashed SuperNexus 2.0 M1 into my Galaxy S3 and I REALLY love it! Fastest and easiest ROM I've ever tried. Just one little thing. When I pair the phone to a BT-headset it doesn't work on some headsets and where it does work I can't switch back to phone.
For instance, if I pair the phone with my car stereo and answear a call, I can't switch back to talk from the phone. And I read something about that I could flash another modem to the phone and it will work. Read the last post here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2153728
Has anyone encountered the same problem and solved it? If I'm going to test with another modem how should I do and what shall I choose?
It's too bad, because I really love the idea of the stock Android experience on my Galaxy S3.
