There seems to be a larger problem with it that is affecting the majority of us 3vo owners. Different results with different fixes.

Had the same problem but fixed it by installing the latest RUU (1.13.xxx) I think from the development section. I figured it was best to install a fresh copy of software instead of keeping the buggy patched software. My albums now load and display all pictures with no flicking. It is annoying to set everything back up but at least your apps will come back on their own.

HTC Sense Facebook upload tool busted?

Anyone able to successfully upload photos to select albums?
I keep getting constant failure notices no matter what I'm uploading over (3G/WiFi/4G) & even when removing & adding the HTC/Facebook account on both ends (Facebook.com's Application Permissions).
I'm on the stock rooted 2.17 ROM deodexed. Rom wiped & came back; still had the problem. Changing ROMs.
Is this a widespread problem?
I have this problem as well.

I was hoping it was just me. I changed the ROM just to be sure & still, it fails everytime.
Yea same here

You guys having problems syncing as well? My brother says his Facebook/Twitter contacts won't sync and update.
I can get HTC Peep (Twitter) to work ok as far as sync goes, even HTC/Friendstrem Facebook status/contacts.
Works here.

Had an issue over the weekend with a photo not uploading, but all seems to work now. I just uploaded a photo in Gallery (with tags from FB contacts) and everything seems to have synced well.
Maybe just a temporary issue?
Hopefully it's back up & running. I'll give it a try later.
Thanks.
I've had this problem for 10 days or so. Also, sometime I have three Share to Facebook apps, and sometimes I have four. But only one of them allows multiple picture selection, which is what I normally do.
Im having the same problem too, not able to upload photos to a selected album via HTC sense.
Uploading without specific album (Mobile upload) is fine though.
HTC please do something !!
no problems here, uploaded about 15 pics yesterday to various albums
Still having the problem myself. :/
If only the brilliant minds at Facebook would've added a multi photo-upload option to the regualr application, I wouldn't care.
Guess I'll be doing multi-uploads from the Laptop.

[Q] Gallery dissapeared

First of all I am a noob and I hope this isn't one of those questions that makes me want to smack myself after figuring it out. The other day I flashed AOKP rom and then noticed the images from my google+ account started showing up in my gallery (not good). So I disabled instant upload, disabled gallery, and cleared the gallery's cache to get rid of the synced pics. I went back to enable the gallery and it wasn't there to enable anymore. Is there something I'm overlooking or what? I've tried some other gallery apps but am kinda partial to the stock gallery.
A) fix permissions. No workie?
B) clear cache. No workie?
C)reflash rom only clearing cache and dalvik.
There are other fixes but they take more time to type out. And one of these will work. I've never had this happen to me. But reflashing will fix it if nothing else does.

Thanks! Got it back on there. Of course the pictures I can't seem to get rid of came back also. Ahh well, I'll keep digging for them. Google seems to have really been slipping when it comes to the execution of some of there services, but on the other hand it's really hard to complain too much about free services.

media scanner jelly bean

I have been stymied by the media scanner not finding photos and music in jb roms. Finally found a probable cause - not a solution. Putting a .nomedia file in the camera folder and a reboot lets me see all photos - other camera apps, etc.. except what is in the camera folder of course. It also populates the song list in the music player. Seems that something in the camera folder crashes/freezes the scanner? Not sure what to do with this, but there you go. Most of you probably know this already, but I have been stuck for a few weeks - just moving to jb from a few ics ventures, gb was smooth - and so didn't know what was up. I found this outside of xda, and with so many posts about the issue, thought it might help someone in some way. Yes this is my first post, though I have been here for close to a year on my galaxy s2. I am using slimbean right now and enjoying it. I can't post in that forum yet, so maybe someone there will see this.

It is probably because you have too many items in the camera folder

Could be. There are photos in the folder.

Now, after clearing DRM, media storage, and gallery data, rebooting to a full scan, I can remove the .nomedia file from camera folder, and the photos are all there. Quickpic can see them all at least, gallery sees 1851 of 1907. Yes a lot of pics, apparently some are corrupted? Gallery is misdating some of them from Oct. to Nov.
A workaround at least. The market rescanners did not work for me.

[Q] What the H is happening to my phone? Haunted?

I have a Galaxy S II, running CM10 Nightly 19Sep Stock kernel, only thing changed is the ROM which I've been flashing for over a year without issue.
Noticed on Monday 22Oct that the phone was starting to lag at certain things and behave screwy, so downloaded latest nightly and did a complete backup. Did not flash.
Had a look in the gallery yesterday, and to my horror the earliest photo in there is from 21Oct, over 600 photos gone. Gallery used to show thumbs from all of the ebooks I have in there, those are gone as well and the photos from the individual ebook folders for covers are gone one by one.
Swiftkey deselected itself as an input option with no input from me. Swype is just gone.
External SD which I barely use will show as unmounted when connected via USB.
Going to go through forum tutorials to try and get those pictures back, but should I be worried about something else? Hardware? What could possibly be causing this?
Well at the very least this product deserves a thumbs up. It works.

Going to get most of the media back.
It's suggest a restocking.
You can take your sd out and check if not corrupted our something.
Hope you can still get your files.
You will get more support form the forum if you post in the one specific for your device

BlinkFeed not displaying pictures

I don't know when it started, but i can definitely say it was after I unlocked and rooted the phone. I can see the articles just not the pictures in the tiles. They are grey with the article title. In setting, generic icon is shown for the news providers.
I fooled around a little in the system looking at the folder structures and tried to add a newer version of the play store to system/app. Did not work original came back and play store would not start. I reset the to factory and all was good. I later noticed BlinkFeed was not displaying pics. I have reset the phone, changed setting in BlinkFeed and tried fixing permissions. I'm lost, don't know if it was something I did.
Anybody else having similar problems?
Not sure if this applies but I screwed up my Zoe configuration last night when I moved files in an event through ES Explorer instead of through the gallery. I couldn't get things straightened out (tried restarting Zeroedit / Gallery, clearing data caches, cleaning up files in /sdcard/Android for Zoe) and just reinstalled the ROM altogether. Working again like a charm.
I would suggest not messing with any files associated with BlinkFeed through third-party apps. Don't use BlinkFeed myself so cannot say for sure.

My blinkfeed wouldn't work either after root... All you have to do is go to apps clear cache
That and redo setup blinkfeed..all mine did was keep trying to update

If you have a firewall app, such as DroidWall, you need to let HTC Sense and HTC Share through. I had that issue on my Butterfly S until I figured it out.
