Is there a way to change the camera video recording format from 3gp to anything else?
I found that the included video player cannot play back my own recorded videos, but Rock Player Lite can play them just fine.
Thanks,
I don't have a problem when I use the camcorder and playback movies, but I had a couple of dvds ripped to my PC. I just copied and pasted one to the external sd card just to see how it would play. When I try to play the file, the video is perfect, but the audio doesn't play. Also, when I try to play a video taken with our digital camcorder, it seems like its playing, but no audio/video is heard/seen. Am I supposed to convert these video files before I transfer them for playback on this phone?
I wonder why some videos from gametrailers don't play, while some other do play. The one that don't play actually start for a split second but then the video player gives an error saying the video cannot be played. I tried some alternative video players like Mobo Player, it is able to open them but the video and audio is not synced. Any solution?
I assume GT changed the format, but it's still MP4, it's strange that some videos don't play, there has to be a way to play them.
I made a few videos using the app "mobile hidden camera" on my motorola Atrix 4G. Almost all of the videos work fine except for 2 which when played give the error "cannot play video". I have tried playing using it MX player but still no success. The video were encoded in h.264. Can anyone tell me how to play these videos? or why arent these video playable?
I have a video file that was encoded with Indeo 5, and I've tried a few players, the first two only play the audio however it just makes awful broken sounds, while VLC Beta actually plays the video but the sound is all broken.
So, does anyone know what I can use to play the video on Android with the audio & video working properly?
I've got the Galaxy Tab 3 7" (WiFi) w/ 4.1.
