Sorry for my bad english

Would be cool.if it could be done, galaxy 3 is LDPI aswell isnt it? So the resizing must already be done.

I have seen this requested before, MIUI cannot be ported to our Wildfire as it runs an ARM v6 processor, MIUI requires an ARM v7+ processor. It's a great pity as I love MIUI!
EDIT: Sorry I misread your post I think, do you just mean a launcher that looks like MIUI? If that's what you mean then there may be something like it in the market. You can make the status bar etc like MIUI if you use the UOT Kitchen.

Yes he means the launcher only well i hope ge does MIUI itself cant be ported

It's a non standard resolution. 240x400

I think it can't be done in cm7 theme cuz it's a fully new launcher. I'll try port it but don't hope too much to me...

can you port it to cm6????

Listen.
Look for those who doesn't know.
the Miui framework has the files and graphics for the launcher to run.
what you have to do is to merge the files from the miui fromwork into the cm7\sense\whatever framework. and link the files.
so when the launcher starts and asks for, forexample 1834.png will the framework have this file, and provide it.
thats what you learn from looking at logcat.

How do you merge and link the frameworks then?

Xperia X10 Launcher Port

I know, I know there's another thread here with the same title.
But frankly speaking, that launcher is a crap!
I present you the 'ORIGINAL' Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 HomeScreen Launcher.
Works perfect with X8(Stock 2.1)!
1. No lags
2. No FC's
3. Super Smooth!
*X10 widgets are not supported*

Is it possible to have shortcut Icons next to the App Drawer Icon like in the Arc Launcher and the Stock Froyo and Gingerbread Homescreens, or do all Icons have to go above the App drawer Icon?

The 4 corners launcher? devs are working one it, be patient..
It would be nice to get the whole S.E. UI ported on Froyo... and by this I mean the 4 corner launcher, the 4 corner call screen, the phone book and whatever else there is. I don't care about timescape, but anything else would be awsome... even better if it would be possible to get 4 corner launcher + more widgets onscreen.

Download the attached file and flash in recovery. Reboot and enjoy

Huge RAM Usage, and it isn't supported.
I can confirm gallery fc's. The zip installs the latest gallery which runs fine and looks great, but unfortunately the camera app has problems.
same for s3 also not stable yet already try....

wrong section themes and apps section is better
Could it be possible that FC because of non-presence of mdpi files in apk?
lol no its because the libs are built for ARMv7 only
Nope, cm9 framework is hacked to run system as armv7( that's why you can use tw5 launcher)

should be easy...
take froyo sysUI, take desired sysUI to mod.
replace replace some png's and maybe edit some xml's...
I'd do it, but I'm gonna be busy the next few days :-/

U should know.. in froyo we don't have systemui.apk! U should decompile and edit framework-res.apk

This looks simple enough, the only real challenge would be getting the icons. As long as we have those, this statusbar can be made in a flash.

haha LoL! yes, you're right! It's been some time since I've used froyo (X8) so it really hasn't crossed my mind
