ROM Manager does not support flashing on the Streak, sadly, but you can do it from a terminal.
I believe the command is
flash_image recovery recovery.img
from a terminal when you're logged in as root.
Edit: I have never tried this myself, but it is the code used by stock roms to reflash the stock recovery at reboot time.

Stuck at DUAL CORE Boot screen? >.<

I was trying to install the 1.3Ghz OC update.zip, when I installed the one for froyo on accident. I noticed this when it wasn't booting. So I popped the battery out and restarted the phone, using the appropriate OC from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1153003. Anything I can do or am I SOL and need to restart off backup?
When I was stuck at the Dual Core screen I had to wipe everything via fastboot then flash a CWM (I used romracer's) via fastboot as well. Once you do that, you can reboot into the CWM and install whatever you'd like from there.
how can you flash Romrace by fastboot when you doesn't of access to the os ou adb ? thx in advance

OK so you need to go to where ever your recovery.img is in command prompt have your ATRIX connected in fast boot ,wipe the cell then use "adb install recovery recovery.img" and whatever recovery you used should be on your cell
Hit thanks if this was helpful

You just wipe and flash with fastboot. No need for adb.

Anyone think terminal emu on device could flash the cwm recovery.img file??

Just in curiosity ive seen rooting and flashing done on prior devices with terminal emulator right from the device itself!
Anyone think it be possible to apply cwm recovery zip or. Img file from terminal ?
OR root from terminal.. its been done with a few htc devices
Im just wondering if i tried moto- fastboot commands from terminal if it would flash romracers cwm recovery??

As long as you have the flash_image binary on your phone you'll be able to flash a recovery image from Terminal Emulator.
Ok so if i have the clockwork zip extracted into sdcard external using androzip which now shows recovery.img 4.7mb file in my download folder Instead of using cmd from windows laptop.
Now does moto-fastboot still apply since id be trying this from the device? Cause when u do it on a computer moto fastboot has to be in same folder as the recovery.img
What would be the proper command prompts to apply in terminal to flash the cwm recovery?
Im not all that good with adb or terminal unless i see command lines in front of me ..In the past i have rooted my old mytouch 4g when i was with tmobile right from terminal..

Update:
I Just used photon bootstrap apk to flash cwm zip..i wasnt aware that was a possibility.

[Q] Install Zips via ADB Using ClockworkMod Recovery

I'm looking to install a rom via CWM without using adb. Does anybody know the adb commands to do this? I've found a thread about how to do this for Amon_RA's recovery but nothing for CWM.

One method of flashing Clockworkmod Recovery without using a computer that requires you to be rooted, is to use terminal emulator (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=jackpal.androidterm) and the "dd" command. To flash the recovery image you can run the following command:
Code:
dd if=path/to/recovery.img of=path/to/recovery/partition
Path to the recovery image is where on your device you have placed the Clockworkmod recovery.img you downloaded and path to recovery partition is the block that the recovery partition is stored on. To figure out which partition is the recovery partition you can run a command similar to:
Code:
ls -l /dev/block/platform/{platform specific processor directory}/by-name
This will allow you to flash Clockworkmod Recovery without a computer provided you have root access. Let me know if you still have questions .

My main problem is i cant root my phone in fastboot mode. How can i root?
ADB-Fastboot, basically your going to 'adb sideload' and flash a ROM from your computer. Its not that hard. Just read everything
You can also root your phone via abd, so I don't understand your problem
