Good day EVO enthusiasts, I'm posting in hopes that someone may have a solution to our problem. The genie widget doesn't work on the EVO. Anyone know why and is there a fix I should know about. Genie is my favorite news supplier. Can't function without it. Searched everywhere, can't find a suitable substitute. Feel free to point me in the right direction if you guys know of fix or a decent substitute. Thanks

I can't deal without it either bro. Pulse isn't enough. I tried installing genie today but it won't work. I need it!!! Not having it makes me like this evo 3d far less than my evo.

You need a file manager like andexplorer or astro. Then just open it, find the apk and install

I had this same issue. Sign up online and not from the app.

So does the Skype in market not work on the Evo's or something? The one in market says it was released yesterday and supports video chat.
It means when u enter ur number before u enter ur number put the plus symbol first + then the number

Okay Guys this is a great 3d launcher,
I'm Not a developer i just install staff and hope it works, i hope we can get more davs to work and help with this port, i know it can be sooooo much better.
The Launcher now works and it can be used as a daily home screen.

I downloaded the files from the tablet forum I what I did was I install all the apks and hoped for the best….LoL
File 1 and 2 are the original files
I hope we can get this launcher out there because it looks really really nice.
it would be a nice competicion for all the other launcher out there.
What doesn't work:
launcher only work in landscape mode
if you click on the mail it foce closes ( i will get a logcat latter)
user guide don't do anything
everything elso should work, let me knwo if you guys find anything else and i will add to the don't work list.

1.
How to install:
Download the zip files 1 and 2
download music.apk and Galley3d.apk
2.
unzip the files 1 and 2
get all the apks and tranfer to your sd card.
install all the apks besides search.apk VERY IMPORTANT DO NOT INSTALL THE SEARCH.APK ( i lefted there in case somebody can figer it out why it force close.
3.
restart your phone.
when the phone turn back on select the 3d launcher.

Yes the txt file that is in the OP is the logcat. If any of you guys have any idea on what I need to do to get this working or more information I can try to get it ,I never ported or developed anything so u fell a little lost any help will be very appreciate

The 3D evo has a built in snapshot app.
Try to press power and them the home button.
The dev of shootme supsended all this apps.
If you still want it, google is your friend - found different versions of it.
I'd rather have someone post the latest apk from the market. Downloading random apps is just asking for a virus.

As the title says Onlive has been released in the Android market. Not many games are touch compatible yet, and after login everything turns pink. Free Lego Batman after login through Android tablet or phone.

Wow. Just wow. First off the interface just setting up an account within the app is terrible. Then it wouldn't accept my account info. Tried entering several times just wouldn't accept. Couldn't even get into the app to test it.

Pink here as well. It seemed to be pretty fast from what I could tell.
App started up and I was able to log in fine. Then the onlive video started and i got to the main menu. (Everything was pink hued) scrolled through a couple menu's and then the app froze. Not seeing any free games form logging in with my phone either. Will be cool if they fix it!

ah thanks for the heads up!
edit: Got the game a little while later. Was able to actually jump in and play it. Frame rate was a bit laggy over wifi, and everything still looks like a "my little pony" episode.
Getting the same problem with the pink hue as everyone else go to know its a problem across the bored and not just my phone

Yeah me too, being in italy i can't download it so i have to wait for someone who shares it.
