[Q] - T9 keypad on slade87's Cyanogen Froyo CM6 - Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 Mini

Hi all!
I've installed Cyanogen Froyo CM6-Latest (based on MiniCM) - v5.0 (6.01 was restarting every time I'd use market) from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1059361
My question is how do I add t9 keypad (similar to the one in the original SE rom)
The above mentioned ROM post shows T9 screenshots, but I don't see it in my phone (nether in v5 or v 6.01)

Heya, I'm new too
If you go to settings and then scroll down to language and keyboard, you can select to turn on "android keyboard" "standard input" and "talkback keyboard"
on version 6.01 (one im running) they are all three checked by default, but when u uncheck both the android and talkback ones, u get to use the t9 keypad
(if u wanna go back after that, first uncheck standard input, then check both android and talkback, then check standard again)
also, if u format sdcard and clear all caches before installing 6.01, it won't reboot (at all!)

The best option is download smart keyboard 15 from ipmart ex< . And in this app you will have a very very very lot of options and 100% you will find something and problem will gone.

Thanks Carpe-Dimi, you saved me a lot of frustrations... i love T9
As with 6.01, I tried formating it so many time that I lost count. I got really frustrated and installed 5.0 . It works great (albeit daily restart or two).
Should I try again installing 6.01? Is it really better?

I've no experience with version 5.0 really, i just went straight for 6.01 and it's been working great for me (as in no reboots, fc's or anything frustrating happening) so I like it but am thinking of trying some/most/all other roms too before I decide on keeping this one.
If the formatting thing doesnt work tho, i don't know what's wrong
have you cleared all cahces and done a factory reset and stuff in CWM too?

Did you find any better ROMs? i got 6.1 but it still restarts randomly... So frustrating.
