I don't know if maybe I am the only one having this problem (did a forum and a google search), but is anyone else unable to pull down the notification bar while in landscape mode? I came from a Hero which had been rooted for a year and while I can't remember if it I was able to do it on stock, I know that I was able to pull down notifications in landscape.
No issues here, sorry.

I have a notification that I want to read all of it but it is too long for the notification bar that it goes off screen; Of course the notifications don't scroll if they are too long. Anyone know if the notifications are logged somewhere that you can review them after they disappear?
Nevermind. Found what it was trying to say.
Hi,
This is maybe (probably) a really stupid question.....well two....
First time with ICS, but with android since 1.6....
Where have my notifications bar gone? at the top... to now see what email/text/missed calls/etc must I really drag the bar down just to see? all there is, is a minus symbol box thing.
But I cant find a setting to do it the "old" way with them sitting there to be seen without using the drop down box., or isnt there an option? with lcs?
Secondly the speaker works fine, but despite turning everything up in the sounds option im not getting any sound notifications for email or text messages.... yes its not on silent is there a menu ive lost in transit?
/facepalm
Hi everyone,
I searched the web for quit a time now, but did not find anything to answer my question:
Is there any way to disable the icons in the notification bar which appear while apps running in background without losing their full funktion?
For example I have an "Anti-Virus Program", "LBE Security Master" an "Tasker" running in Background. There a little Icons shown in the Status-Bar and big notifications when I pull down the notification bar. Of course many apps have an option to disable this, but they tell me that they won´t work right anymore if I would disable that. Since Jelly-Bean, I think, there is a way to disable notifications from every app but same thing here - apps seem not to work right anymore.
Is there a way to get rid of the icons or the big notifications without losing their funktion?
Thanks for answers

Really no one has that problem?
This is a very good forum but sadly in very most cases no one answers...
I have an issue when I wake my phone. So when I select a theme everything is fine then when I lock the phone and wake it, the icons become off center and it looks all jacked up. Does anyone know why this happens and of a possible fix?
is it bcoz of the nav bar?
That's what I thought at first so I tried it on my girlfriend's Nexus 4 and it works perfectly over there. The only thing I saw different about the Nav Bar is that it slides in after unlocking, so Its not a persistent Nav Bar.
yep. Please send a bug report and suggestion to make Themer better.
Howdy, folks!
I've been using Android for a long time, and one particular behaviour bugs me. I've spent about a week googling around, sifting through the forums, looking for hacks or an Xposed module, and I can't track down anything.
When a new notification fires, the top bar momentarily shifts to show a preview of that notification. It might be as simple as a title-less notification that some app has turned itself on, or it might be a preview of a new message from some application. Regardless of what the contents of the notification are, the whole top bar momentarily stops displaying all of its icons, the clock, and anything else in order to show some of the text from the notification.
I'd like to stop this behaviour. Let me clarify; I don't care about modifying the contents of the notifications, I don't care about what shows up on my lockscreen, and I don't want to block notifications from showing up at all. I just want them to simply appear in my notification center and for the top bar to simply *poof* have another icon in it for the new notification.
I haven't been able to find any leads on this anywhere. I don't know if it's worth my time developing a little app to try to block this behaviour, or if someone has done it already. If anyone has suggestions, I'd be thrilled to hear them.
I'm using a rooted Galaxy S5 G900V on Verizon, running AllianceRom's KitKat release, though apart from the root access I don't think any of that should matter.
Thanks!
