Is there a easier way to reboot to recovery instead of having to turn my phone off then turn it on. Is there a app for that anywhere
Rom manager in market will reboot to recovery mode for you.

Hello,
So i have an android phone SAMSUNG Galaxy mini GT-S5570 and the problem is that it's stuck in recovery mode. Basically here's the story:
I wanted to root my phone but couldn't, because it would not boot into recovery mode. I tried Home+Power buttons and other alot of times. Since i was so desperate to root the phone i forced it to boot into recovery mode by a program ADB using the command adb recovery boot(or something like that). Well the phone booted into recovery mode as i mentioned earlier. I could navigate up and down using the volume button but i couldn't not open anything by the home button(or any other buttons). When i pull out and in my battery it would always be the same.
So is there any way to fix my phone? I don't care if i'll lose any data, all i want is my phone back. And no, my phone is not rooted.
Things i tried already:
Pulling out the battery for more than 24 hours.
Thank you for your help!
P.S. And yes i'm new to this forum!

i tired to enter the CWM recovery mode few times, after i didnt success into booting the phone into the CWM recovery mode (becuase i didnt know how to enter it :S) i downloaded app called "ROM Manager" i flash the CWM recovery mode then i turn off the phone after the phone turned off it never turned on or charge
notes :
1) the phone before all this was rooted
2) i used a website to install CWM recovery mode on the phone it worked to install it but yet i cant enter it (this step is before i downloaded "ROM Manager")
Using Rom Manager was a mistake, but probably wouldn't brick your phone. It just doesn't play nice with the S2, tends to cause bootloops & break recovery.
If the phone won't boot at all, no download mode, no recovery - your only option is service centre or local mobile repair shop. Nothing you can do to fix it.
I mean, try a jig by all means, but understand this is very unlikely to get you into download mode.
Having said that, you need to be 100% sure you can't get into download mode (power/home/vol down), if it was me in your situation, I'd be trying over & over & over given the alternative.
I have a Lenovo A390 and I want to put a custom ROM that supports english and Google Play store app.
It is currently using some Chinese OS without google Play app, so not much I can do.
Current status: It is rooted but I can not access recovery mode.
I used:
1. Root - Framaroot with the Boromir exploit, worked fine initially. Then I used Rashr.
2. Install Recovery - Rashr let me install TWRP so I installed LenovoA390_recovery.img and tried to reboot to recovery mode. At first time it worked, and I saw the TWRP application screen and did a full backup of my Lenovo_A390. Then I tried to install a custom ROM and I chose the image file and started to flash it. It went very quick and I rebooted it. It started again but same operative system came up.
Once I restart the phone and try to go to recovery mode I see the old Lenovo logo or similar with a small text below that it is entering recovery mode, and then it goes to a black screen and nothing happens.
Now I can not access recovery mode anymore, then I hold volume up and power button, all I see after a few seconds is the Lenovo logotype, and nothing else happens afterwards. I have tried to install the recovery image again (using Rashr), but I have the same problem all the time. It installs the recovery.img but when I try to boot into recovery mode, it is not working. I also tried with CWM recovery image, but I get the same problem. Lenovo
The phone is still rooted (Rashr is working) but I can not access recovery mode.
How can I get the recovery mode to work again, so I can install a different ROM without Chinese operator branding?
Thank you!

Guys, What can I do if my screen turns black every time I try to go to RECOVERY mode?
The phone works fine, but when I try to go to recovery it JUST GOES black and I need to power it up again. How can I fix the recovery?
I have tried installing TWRP over Rashr, and it installs well, but just can not go to recovery mode.
Also, when I try to go to FASTBOOT MODE by holding POWER + VOLUM UP buttons, I only go to FACTORY MODE all the time.
Why is this happening like this, and WHY can't I go to FASTBOOT MODE?
Is it the same ?!?
So, I'm fairly new to all this. I have a rooted S3 with CWM installed and had replaced the ROM with android revolution. I'm trying to reboot into recovery mode using ROM manager and my phone is now stuck in a boot loop trying to boot CWM recovery and failing. Help Please.
Flash stock rom to fix bootloop. Download stock rom form sammobile.com,flash it via odin.
Follow this guide to install cwm recovery - CWM Recovery
Hey buddy
I had done the exact same mistakes as you did. And also my home button is not working properly. Could you get your phone in to download mode? Is there a solution for this?

I think I wasn't clear enough There's no access in to the phone. When I switch it on I see Samsung logo then CWM logo then it fails to load CWM and reboots.I mean an infinite boot loop. Since my home button is not working properly, I am not sure if I can take it to the download mode.So what I'm asking is if I fix the button will I be able to get my phone in to download mode or are there other ways to fix this all from the pc? Thank you for your concern
You need download mode to do anything. No download mode = no flash.
You can try holding the volume button while pressing power but afaik you will need the home button.

Hi, I was just messing around my phone and installed five Magisk modules and then after reboot, my phone didn't want to turn back on. It was stuck at the boot animation and nothing else was happening. I kept it overnight plugged in to see if it turns on by any change. But on the next day, I found it to be super warm and it was still stuck at the boot animation.
Now all I have to do is, reboot to recovery mode, clear its whole data and reinstall the ROM (as I didn't make any backup).
But the main problem is that the Volume+ button in my phone is broken, and it does not work! Somehow I can still access the fastboot mode. I can use a command to delete all my data. As they're Magisk modules, clearing the data might not unbrick my phone (I'm not sure).
Is there any way I can reboot my phone into TWRP recovery through fastboot mode? Or can clearing the data in fastboot mode fix the problem?

Two Methods.
1- Some phones actually respond to fastboot reboot recovery. This is quite natural given adb reboot recovery, but unfortunately is non-standard. I found lots of people suggesting this method so I offer it here in the hopes that it works for some, but it didn't for me.
2- Some phones will actually let you book into an image via fastboot without flashing it. This will allow you to load a recovery image without needing to reboot the phone at all. You need a copy of the recovery image on your computer, but running fastboot boot image.img should do the trick. I was able to load up TWRP using this method.
