Find a phone shop that does unlocking just make sure they use the setool box as its an instant unlock only takes 5-10 mins or so.

I was messing around and I found this set of numbers in sys/firmware/fuse/ReservedOdm. What does it mean and does it have to do with my bootloader being locked.

No. It's just reading the fuse value. You can't edit it.
