I am very confused about which rom to choose because both are based on same stock rom (I guess) can someone help me out here as to which is better.
Coderomnexus has ext4 support unlike in v1. Anyway this is a development forum, post questions in general section next time!

Coderomv1's next smaller build is codenexus (correct me if I'm wrong) which introduces ext4 support and a nexus bootanimation. So coderomv1 does not have ext4 support, only codenexus.
coderomnexus has performance and battery tweaks while coderomv1 doesn't
so coderom nexusace it is...
coderom.nexusace is just an improvement for coderom v1 with significant performance improvements. It has gingerbread stock launcher and icons, instead of touchwiz one. You've made the right choice, It's the best ROM for SGA (this time)
I have been running with coderom.nexus ace for about 2 weeks now. I have just come to use GPS today and it doesn't seem to be working.
Anyone else getting this issue?

I looked around I saw lots of ROMs and there is no thread which is talking about which ROM should be the best for Tab10.1.
so, what do you guys think which ROM is the best and also include link to that room....

1. This shouldn't be in this forum section. It's not ROM development!
2. There is no such thing as 'best rom' as it's highly subjective. If you don't need the Camera, flash an ICS rom. If you do, then stick with a Honeycomb one.

I choose Overcome v 2.3.0 as i want the tab to function flawlessly.
Now, i can wait for a fully functional ICS rom
I am using Overcome 2.3 too.
i have been using stock rom with root access and also CWM 5.5.0.4 (ics kernel)
and so far this is absolutly great my benchmark on antutu increased from 54##-57## to 62##-64## and most visible improvment is in 3D graphics and cpu float point but now i want to try some custom roms like cyanogen , dark rom but i really cant choose any can you guys prefer me some rom and also reason for why you prefer it
and between is cyanogen mod for i9100 is stable or in beta stage ??

I got my SGS2 in june 2011. At first I had stock roms but soon in august I moved to Checkrom RevoHD (Then still named Revolution HD)
And because rom was so good I just keep it the whole time. Latest version was v6 (2.3.6) released in February. Now developer just confessed he won't support rom anymore because he has moved to SGS3, has a life, etc.
The rom was so good and stable I'd never planned to replace. But now I think it's time.
Now the results of using just one rom whole time is I don't know what's currently going on, on custom rom dev scene.
So I'm now searching for a rom with folowing criteria and I'm seeking for your help:
:good: ICS of course,
:good: At least as much stable as Checkrom RevoHD was,
:good: Good performance-battery ratio,
:good: Stock Samsung's SGS2 looking (I don't want rom to be custom themed or visually changed. ex revoHD users know how checkrom looked)
:good: Some useful mods are welcome. Checkrom had kitchen. (Jkay was useful for Statusbar shortcut editing, we had browser useragent selection mod, modded camera app, sms mod so stupid phone won't convert long sms to mms..) Anything that can be generaly usefull.
:good: Oh and lastly good dev support (That means I wont need to look for another rom when next android update is released or bug found.)
I always used siyah kernel and will continue but you are welcome to change that. If you think there is better kernel out there tell me. Personally I would like more battery life, but not decreased performance.

2) In light of 1), your thread won't be open for days (mods will be closing it presently). In other words, go over to the development sections, read up on some roms, then try a few out until you find one you like.
Search, read, test them out and make that decision yourself. Locked.

I'm looking for a MIUI v5 ROM to flash onto my gf's S3 (it's the international version and on 4.1.1 stock firmware). She's bored with TouchWiz and I think she would enjoy MIUI because of the superior and far better looking UI.
Is there a particular ROM you would recommend? I'd go for the official one since it' built from source, but I see many reports of a "sudden death bug", could someone tell me what it is (does th phone simply lock-up or reboot?)?
I'm not a fan of ported ROMs and those with a bazillion tweaks added, but if you'd suggest one as the best choice, I'd be willing to give a shot
(I'm on the xda app and I couldn't find an S3 Q&A sub-forum, sorry for missing it if there is one :/ )
there are not so many MIUI roms for Galaxys3, hence u should try them yourself and make ur own opinion.

@made-in-tirol, Ace GT-S5830i/C/M/39i known as Cooperve device, comes with the official version 2.3.6 (Gingerbread) which, can be rooted and be optimized into perfection without any serious custom mod installation for person who has no need of tinkering with his/her device constantly. ( flashing some custom kernel is needed to maintain full performance and battery optimization, if you have problems).
FYI there is no Rom, which labeled as "most stable". However from my experience I encountered fewer bugs; regular flow of updates when I used Touchwiz Resurrected V2. On the contrary though some people prefer CM7 ROMs over any other non cyanogen mod any day
