Decompile android.policy.jar. (The one with crt animation). You will find lock screen smali in that framework file.

I can if you know how to integrate/add files to your framework-res.apk. It cannot be done with MetaMorph tho.
Is there a guide or something I can follow and achieve it? Or could u give instructions on how to?

Sure, there are several guides and HOWTOs on XDA (Chef Central, Desire Development...) on how to theme, repack, sign and everything. There are even several tools available that let you do all these steps in one swoop. I'm sorry but I can't guide you through all of that but if you have a will to do it, you will find a way through, of that I'm sure.

You have to decompile, edit and recompile classes.dex in services.jar. BTW it needs to be deodexed. It will be included in B 0.2.

Can you add one more modification in B 0.2, please?
I will like to see the new gingerbread style when you click menu button (white icons and text on black background).
Is this posible? I almost succeeded with some editing in framework-res.apk...

New version...
BlaY0,
Any chance to switch notifications itself to black background and white text? Curious why you didn't make it - hard to change or you just like white notifications?

May be you didn't decompile properly. Nevertheless here is my crt animation enabled framework for gingerreal v1.0 kph. Just flash it via cwm manager by selecting flash an update.zip option.

Those are some custom animations. But one cannot replace the kpn framework with kph one. Besides kpn GR is themed . But you can manually extract the animations and put inside kpn framework.
I was wondering how to get the CRT animation for turning off the display. I found something here

but it's mentioning S2 Epic 4G Touch and I'm afraid to flash it... Help anyone?
P.S. I have Siyah kernel 3.2.3. and stock Samsung ICS rom.
CRT off effect Galaxy SG2
You can do this by decompiling your framework-res.apk then edit the bools xml file in the values folder.
Change this
<bool name="config_animateScreenLights">true</bool
to this
<bool name="config_animateScreenLights">false</bool
recompile the framework folder
extract the recources.arsc from your recompile framework-res apk and using vrtheme to install back to your phone
I am assuming you know how to decompile / recompile and add to a flashable zip

Check the themes section, it has at least two threads for crt-off effects.

The Android boot animation is usually stored in system/media as bootanimation.zip
EDIT:
Duh, forgot to say... Just delete the bootanimation.zip using a root file manager
I was just wondering if it is at all possible to modify the lock screen on android? I don't mean replace it with an app or anything like that. I mean for example, if someone were to input the incorrect passcode is it possible to have a little "special" message if the pin is wrong?

Yes, you would have to decompile the framework.jar (Pull it from your device using ADB) and then edit the xml files with the modification you want to make then recompile it. After you have recompiled it push it back to the device using ADB.

You would have to decompile the framework.jar and then recompile it using smali and baksmali check out this guide (Scroll down to the video on "Editing .jar files) that should hopefully point you in the right direction. And we were all beginners once no such thing as a stupid question .
