Thanks for all the help I've never really used live wallpapers on my og EVO because to me they seemed to have waisted too much battery, but on the 3D there seems to be no battery changes from lwp to regular wallpapers so I'm using lwp for now

Right on I'm using the ps3 look wallpaper red color setting black background.
I picked up Bodyglove icon cover for it this mourning at Sprint the combo looks sharp.

Those are the ones that exceed the 540x960 resolution, and they look like crap.
I've had some luck on iPhone 4 sites they at least look decent but most of them have an Apple on them so I haven't found to many

hey....you guys should try "HD Wallpapers" from the market...you still can only crop about a third of the image, but they come out crystal clear.....best wallpaper course ive used to date.....give it a shot....the app itself is kinda laggy, but it beats anything else out there right now

The touchpad runs at 1024x768 but if you want a proper wallpaper you'll need 1536x1024

Well, that is one of those duh moments for me.
As a side note, I get the highest resolution I can and use QuickPic for my gallery, and for when I set my wallpapers. It works really well and doesn't give you some weird crop that you can get from the stock gallery sometimes

THIS. No one is answering this question. I keep seeing people talk about their 1080p walls, but no one mentions that it seems to force an annoying crop. I want full 1080x1920! If no one else answers, I'm going to see if I can figure it out when I get home tonight.

Yea I mean the stock wallpapers that come with the phone are 2160x1920 and they still require cropping if you manually set them as a wallpaper via gallery.
So yeah, 2160x1080 works. What I did was I just found a good 1920x1080 image, rotated it, doubled the width and made sure the image was centered. I put together a pack of 8 abstract wallpapers if anyone is interested.

Adw has scrolling wallpapers, you have to activate the wallpaper scroll hack under advanced settings.

Anyone has a good source? It is not DNA screen I get it but it should be good too. Stock wallpapers cant show the case strong enough. .. Friday dinner everyone on the table looked st my note 2 and someone said...it is not very clear screen... I think it should be a good HD screen

The screen resolution is 1280 height. I'm not sure what the necessary width is for scrolling wallpaper though.
