[Q] What can be done to the rooted Atrix for the best efficiency?

Hello everyone.
I have a rooted AT&T Motorola Atrix with locked(!) bootloader, running stock 2.3.4 gingerbread 4.5.91.
What I want is, to use my phone with great efficiency;
-the best battery life!
-system with no lags!
-smoothness
-with all of the specs working (fingerprint scanner, weptop etc.)
-better looking menus, text messaging .... etc.
What should I do? Which roms, kernels etc should I use to improve those specs?
I am noob about installing roms or etc, actually I haven't tried yet. But I can try...
All I want is guidance of you!
Thank you very much.

[Q] How do I get extended power menu with the new ics roms?

I can't find a rom with stock themes that include extended power menu... can someone explain how I can do this?
Depends on if you're cdma or gsm. But there are mods you can flash to add them to whatever rom you want called leedroid tweaks, available for both cdma and gsm. There are also some that come with them included

How to enable HD-Voice in settings i9300

Hi,
I have an Optus brand i9300 running on Telstra.
Telstra has HD-Voice but my phone doesnt have the option available in the settings to turn it on.
I found this post which explains how enable it by loading GalaxyS3Settings.apk
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=27782644&postcount=667
Problem the application fails to install when I download and load it.
Running Omega v6 at the moment.
Any ideas how to get HD-Voice enabled?
Thanks
This is a modified and re-signed system app and therefore rom specific to Cyanogenmod. I haven't found a working solution for stock roms yet. Then again, the call quality isn't exactly bad

[Q]

What are the options for roms / custom roms for an Enlighten phone? I am currently running android v2.3.4, kernel 2.6.35.7+
I would LOVE to get away from the bloatware version I currently have.
I did download Rom Manager and looked through the options there but none seemed like they would work. Did I miss something?
Suggestions?
Thanks.
