[Q] Read and try since 6 hours but cannot flash ;(

Hi There!
This is my first step to flash a Android Phone.
I have a Desire Z and a X10 Mini Pro.
The X10 is from Vodafone with this UGLY Vodafone 360 Software IN the firmware and all the other stupid things....
I want only a clean ORIGINAL Branding free ROM!
I would like to install App2SD because my Internal Memory is everytime full! ;(
Before the Desire Z and the X10 I had a HTC HD2 with Goatrip Rom and Desire Android.
That was very easy to flash much better than pure Android
I use the SE X10 Flasher by Bin4r&Androxyde 0.2.8 to root my Android Phone.
That's all fine
Superuser is working!
And NOW comes the Problem!
I think Baseband is the same as in Windows Phones the "Radio Rom" it is for the Batterylifetime, the speaking qualitiy and much more.
RIGHT?
My X10 has the build No: 2.1.1.A.0.6
Firmware:
2.1 - update 1
Thats OK! BUT MY Baseband is:
M76XX-TSNCJOLYM-53404015
I never seen such a number here on XDA???
All Basebandnumbers are like:
2.0.xx versions
2.0.46
2.0.49
2.0.52
2.1.xx versions
2.1.54 (X10a)
2.1.55 (X10a)
2.1.54 (X10i)
?? Am i stupid or didn't i see this numbers in my Baseband???
Now i tryed 6! diffferent Firmwares with this Flash Tool from this Thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=10879519&postcount=2
But! Everytime he began to flash and then comes:
Flash abortet
Please unplug your Phone
Make Debug
........
And that BEFORE he Began to flash! He Only Checks the Phone thats all ok and then when he try to flash then it comes the mistake.
Please help me a little bit! My English is far away i Know *g* my last lessons was on Shool 14 years ago ^^
But i read since 6 hours every Thread and every Post BUT now i can't see the light at the end of the tunnel
The X10a is for Amercia and the X10i for Europe
RIGHT?
THX for HELP!
have you enabled USB debugging? please have it checked, and try to flash again.
Yes its enabled!

the last line tells otherwise. do check your phone first.
turn phone on, then go to settings -> applications, and have "unknown sources" checked. go to settings -> application -> development, and have usb debugging checked as well.
if both are checked and you are having the same problem, reflashing thru SEUS/PC companion might be a solution.
Edit: if you are using a x10 mini pro (u20i/a), make sure you are flashing the correct firmware. it is different from x10 mini
I checked ALL this things They are really all enabled...
And i just reflashed thru SEUS/PC companion 7 hours ago ;(
Do i use the wrong Firmware???

in system folder...
first on sdcard then this from adb shell...
mount -o rw,remount -t yaffs2 /dev/block/mtdblock0 /system
after that
cat /sdcard/build.prop /system/build.prop
mount -o ro,remount -t yaffs2 /dev/block/mtdblock0 /system
That's the mini pro's. Looks like you flash with the wrong one
i have the same problem but my phone never turn on!!!!!
what can i do?

kernel version : uname: permission denied

Hey all,
I've decided to root my SK17, and have managed (I beleive) to unlock my bootloader with the s1tool method, and flash my phone successfully. However, I am not at the last hurdle using flashtool to root my phone and I simply get this message:
Android version : 2.3.3 / kernel version : uname: permission denied
Can anyone help?
My full flash log is this:

Sorted
Hey, thanks for the help. That was the forum I was already following.
I managed to solve the issue by starting again and checking each step. All was well, and the problem I was having was because of the Superoneclick program. I installed a earlier version and voila. Now root-tastic!

[Q] trying to use flashtool for flashing but getting an error!!!!

hi guys im new here so hayyy to you all!!
ok i have an x10a 2.1 android im looking to upgrade it to 2.3.5 x10i firmware. the problem i ran into was that there is no "unknown sources" option available in settings--> application. so xrecovery would not install on my phone
i searched more and figured that i need to flash a generic 2.0 firmware and remove at&t firmware. while i tried to do that i got some errors.. here is my error log from flash tools.
thanks a bunch for reading and im sure ill get this solved soon here!!

Flashtool tested to be working with your phone, e.g. from here: http://www.multiupload.com/GYL7A7XQBT
A server error
http://www.multiupload.com/GYL7A7XQBT your server responded too late. The server might be overloaded.
You can see some of the suggestions below:

multiupload.com error. Can you give a different link, please. Thank you.
What about the set of drivers for your mimmi required by FT? Did you try to use the "Check drivers" facility inside "Help" menu to check if you have' em installed? It's just a guess but may be the reason.
Also - can't see any "Connect your device in flash mode" command in log. Try not to start with your phone already connected in flash mode but instead start with connecting it while idle > click "Flash" command > pick nAa's kernel & click OK > do as FT tells you (power the phone off and connect it in flash mode) > let us know if anything's changed
