Hi!
Hi have bought the bluetooth headset Globalsat BT-808 (Mini Dolphin) and it is a great product! I use it with my Qtek 2020 to make and receive calls. I wanted to use it with my mobile computer as a headset audio device via BT. I paired the BTH-808 with my computer BT adapter (Microsoft XP SP2) as AUDIO DEVICE... but if I try to change the default audio device on my mobile computer (a Realtek AC'97 on the mainboard) and try to select another device, there isn't the BT headset... only realtek! How I can add the BT Audio Device from the BT paired devices among the PC Audio devices available???
Thank's
Cristian
First enable the audio gateway in the bluetooth application on your PC. After this it should be possible to choose the audio gateway as BT audio playback device.
You have to connect manually to hear the audio. The connection isn't made automatically.

here is a list of the bluetooth profiles to get sereo audio to a bluetooth headset you require A2DP 0.95b Advanced Audio Distribution Profile
not sure if thats the same with mono audio
but i do think it rather likely that ms's default driver dont support many profiles at all
i would look into bluetooth software like vidcomm maybe you can install that it's bound to have more profiles then ms
ms dident invent bluetooth so they dont put a lot of efford into supporting it

I have TomTom Navigator 7.913(9189) on my Leo. It is a custom ROM using the latest shipping base & packages (3.14) and WM 6.5.3 (5.2.23152). I have a Bluetooth carkit (XCarLink) and the pairing is set up OK as far as I can see. The XCarLink has Hands-free and Stereo Audio. Playing music is fine, however the audio from TomTom is at maximum and whatever I change the volume to in TomTom it stays the same. It is so bad that there is clipping. I have changed the 'Link volume to car speed' to enabled and disabled and there is no difference.
I had the same version (same .CAB) on my Blackstone and the audio worked perfectly on this.
Any ideas?
Andy
Hi,
had a similar problem with the Mobile Navigator
I think it has something to do with HTC's own Bluetooth stack.
Strangely, it was not at all tested Costumrom's
One solution I have not found yet.
Hi!
This is just to let you know taht you are not alone. I got the very same problem on my HD2, Jabra connector and Navigator.
The problem apears just using blutooth, using the earphone jack it works flaweless.
I would appreciate any help.
Thanks
Gabriel
After a lot of searching I now understand that the BT stack on the HD2 is the Widcomm/Broadcom BT stack and this is the issue. On the Blackstone its the MS BT stack. Apparently the Broadcom stack doesn't support volume control - this is supposedly a function of the bluetooth audio device and the volume must be controlled by it. Its not part of the BT standard if I am to believe other posts? This is obviously different from how the MS stack worked as this worked perfectly on my Blackstone.
I did some research into maybe getting the MS stack transplanted back into the HD2 ROM but I never got very far with it - I assume its possible as the Windows Phone 7 ROMs for the HD2 have the MS BT Stack don't they? Plus all the HD2 Android ROMs using other drivers for the BT?

Hello together,
I have a problem with bluetooth connections:
I'm using a HTC Desire, rooted and flashed with a ROM from Alex-V Android Version 2.3.3 with the 2.6.35.8 Kernel.
I have two bluetooth devices:
MM100 Stereo Headset from Sennheiser
BT-Version: 2.0 + EDR
Protocolls: HSP, HFP, A2ADP, AVRCP
and the Hands free car kit Parrot MK6000
BT-Version: 1.2
Protocolls: HSP, HFP, AADP, AVRCP
I can pair both devices with my Desire and the latest paired device would connect automatically to audiosystem for media and telefone when switched on.
The problem is, that the first paired device would not connect automatically to my desire and when it is connected manually it would only connect to the audiosystem for media not telefone.
I can't force it to connect with audiosystem for telefone. I checked and un-checked the check-boxes for both connections in every combination :-(
Remark: I don't want to connect both devices at the same time. I know that this is not working ;-)
With the original HTC Rom I doesn't had this problem. Both devices would pair and connect perfect.
Does anyone has the same problem, or perhaps a solution for this problem?

Hello,
is there no one outside with two Bluetooth Hands free devices?
Does anyone has the same problem?

Hi everyone,
I am using my HD2 Windows Mobile 6.5 Artemis 70.0 NLD Rom version with radio version 2.15.50.14. When connecting via bluetooth to my carkit everything works fine, incoming calls and outgoing calls work fine too. Except after a while, the bluetooth connection between the car and my HD2 is lost and I can't hear / speak anymore via bluetooth. The weird thing is that the MOBILE connection is still there, so the person on the other line doesn't know I can't hear and speak to him anymore.
I installed American Android on my SDcard and with this ROM I don't have ANY problems via bluetooth !!!! So the problem looks definitely related to a driver problem under Win Mobile 6.5.
Any help would be kindly appreciated

Can I play my phone (WT19i) contain songs via Bluetooth? I have connected my phone to the PC over Bluetooth but it doesn't show that Audio streaming available? According to the GSMArean.com, WT19i support A2DP, EDR. Is it CM10 ROM issue or this phone issue? Does anyone successfully stream audio via Bluetooth?
I'm going to purchase a "Bluetooth Music Receiver", to connect it to my Sub-woofer. So my device may not support play audio over the Bluetooth?
Thanks!
