If you use Battery Calibration how many mV do you have at 100% and what rom are you using i used to have 4242mV
now i have 4190mV on trigger redux what do you have im thinking i may need a new battery
4185mV @ 100% - Although I will say that my battery has been all over the place lately. If I unplug it now even though its at 100% it will drop 4-5% immediately. Just saying. Hope this helps

Ok that similar to what I'm getting

Is BT/Wifi on?
Low reception also causes battery draining.
Nope. and it doesnt happen at home when im also on the wifi..

I have noticed 3G draining battery much faster than wifi. And it will also depend on what applications are running. When you say your battery lasts longer on wifi, its good battery.

What ROM do you have?
Have you reconditioned/recalibrated?
Have you changed the default kernel from the ROM your using? if so, name the kernel
how
how do you reclaibrate..i am using simply arabic rom..i am using kernel 2.4.1
Omg this happened to me!
Im 14, exact same thing happened to me. Just last week though i broke my phone and htey sent me a new vibrant. The battery stays at 91% or more now after school doing nothing with it, when it used to be at like 40%. Maybe it's the new battery IDK, but a huge differance.

Almost everyone does it differently around here, this is what worked for me.
Full charge your battery, wait for it to drain (reach minimum 5% or better yet wait for the phone to turn off), now charge continuously for 100%. Unplug then plug the phone to the charger again (its not yet fully charged) after it reaches 100% this time boot into recovery go to advanced and wipe battery stats.
Try the "spare parts" app, it tells which app is eating your power up.
thats exactly the same thing that happened to me.... so i'd recomend you to flash a new rom TRIGGER once you flash it download a kernel from the vibrant developement and its called TIGERS BLOOD and the rom comes with an app called BATTERY CALIBRATION and just lije they told you.. wait for your fone to be fully charged and open that app and theres goin to be a button that says START CALIBRATING and now when i go to school till i get out my fones battery life its only 73% and i play games in it so if i dudnt play games at all it'd be like 80% or 85% of battery life....

I reccomend a very easy fix which contains two parts. Recondition the battery usin battery calibration app in market. Do this at 0% and 100% be sure to let the phone fully charge and die with no interruption.
Next get setcpu from the market and set it to powersave. Those two things should leave you around 95% battery. ROM shouldnt matter as much with these settings. Also cut off your data, wifi, bluetooth, anything your not using.

I've had my ATRIX for about a month now and I haven't seen this yet. I'm rooted and unlocked running CherryPi v0.5a. My issue is the battery is showing 95% but the phone says it is fully charged. I'm guessing this is just an issue with the ROM itself but I'm not certain. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
It has been said elsewhere that this is just a battery calibration issue. Try wiping your battery stats in CWM after a full night's charge. Let us (namely the people in the Cherry thread) how it goes. Don't forget the thanks button

You need to try recalibrating your battery as per instructions i posted here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1198333
I followed the calibrating tutorial and at 95% battery the calibrator is reading 4200mV. I haven't finished all the steps yet. I will +1 both of you when I can on my computer or when I find out how using the XDA app.

4200 mv is full charge, so you battery is not the problem.
If you leave it on charging once it says "phone charged" it will eventually get to a 100%, though it's not nessecary.
The battery meter isn't 100% accurate:
http://phandroid.com/2010/12/25/you...is-lying-to-you-and-its-not-such-a-bad-thing/
Alright thanks for your help. I let it sit for awhile and it says its 100% charged and the voltage is 4203mV.

My phone has 5% battery left yet the battery calibration app is showing 3494 mV left. Is this correct? I would think that when the battery is dying there would be 0 mV left, but maybe I am wrong. Can anybody tell me if my phone is messed up? I'm running unlocked stock rom with kholk's 1.2 ghz over clock kernel
Thanks in advance
This is fine for lithium batteries usually 2.5-3.5mV is left in each cell so that the battery maintains its efficiency... someone please correct me if I'm wrong

Mine is about the same. I was also wondering the same thing but I'm sure that it is normal.

bump i'm wondering too
if i remember correctly, the phone is dead with 3200mv left. and i'm pretty sure the above poster is correct.
(just going by what i've read in these forums, not any definite sources)
I don't know what's wrong I ijave battery issues it'll be at 100% I restart phone its at 70% when I go to check battery stats its always off (check picture ) and I just took it off charger its been on that for like 4-5 days saying 4hrs ... I wiped battery stats and I'm on unnamed rom 1.1 .... help how can I re calibrate it!?!?! I used battery calibration and like I said I even got a new battery...

The jumps are your fuel gauge resetting on reboot.
Battery stats app on our phones is known to have lots of annoying (but irrelevant) display bugs.
I am just wondering whats the typical mV value when your battery is fully charged?
I am thinkin off getting an one+ battery for my one s but there seems to be some issue with not able to get it fully charged in one s
Many thanks!!!
