I've had my ATRIX for about a month now and I haven't seen this yet. I'm rooted and unlocked running CherryPi v0.5a. My issue is the battery is showing 95% but the phone says it is fully charged. I'm guessing this is just an issue with the ROM itself but I'm not certain. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
It has been said elsewhere that this is just a battery calibration issue. Try wiping your battery stats in CWM after a full night's charge. Let us (namely the people in the Cherry thread) how it goes. Don't forget the thanks button

You need to try recalibrating your battery as per instructions i posted here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1198333
I followed the calibrating tutorial and at 95% battery the calibrator is reading 4200mV. I haven't finished all the steps yet. I will +1 both of you when I can on my computer or when I find out how using the XDA app.

4200 mv is full charge, so you battery is not the problem.
If you leave it on charging once it says "phone charged" it will eventually get to a 100%, though it's not nessecary.
The battery meter isn't 100% accurate:

Alright thanks for your help. I let it sit for awhile and it says its 100% charged and the voltage is 4203mV.

If you use Battery Calibration how many mV do you have at 100% and what rom are you using i used to have 4242mV
now i have 4190mV on trigger redux what do you have im thinking i may need a new battery
4185mV @ 100% - Although I will say that my battery has been all over the place lately. If I unplug it now even though its at 100% it will drop 4-5% immediately. Just saying. Hope this helps

Ok that similar to what I'm getting

Battery dropping to 66 % after unplugging from charger (fully charged at 100% before unplugging. Just bought a new qcell 3500mah battery and does the same thing. Running shostock2 5.4 and never had a problem. I before this. Looking to update I guess but was hoping to avoid it. Any other ideas?

I've heard of this happening with rebooting with less than a certain battery life but never without a reboot right off the charger. Possible problem with charging cable maybe?

Check in the shostock3 thread, there was some discussion about mods to a battery file somewhere to fix battery display percent for non stock battery sizes. Couple weeks ago maybe? Didn't pay much attention as I use stock battery. Might help you...

Hi guys,
I am a Galaxy S 3 user.
I have been using DU battery saver over the past few days and i noticed that my battery voltage ( which is rated at 3.8V for the SGS3), is showing fluctuations between 3.8V and 4.0V. Is this normal ??
I also bought an OEM battery off ebay and the voltage is fixed to 3.6V. Do you recommend using the OEM battery or will the low voltage affect the phone?

Thanks
Anyone?

Its against the rules, that you agreed to when you signed up for XDA, to bump threads before 24 hours of inactivity. Refrain from doing so in the future.

OEM batteries are always my preference. They're regulated better (generally). Id rather have 2 OEM batteries or 1 OEM battery and a usb extended battery than a replacement brand battery. that's me though.

As I know it is normal.
The voltage will be between 3.6 or 3.7 up to 4.1 or 4.2 , sorry I can't remember the exact number, but that's it
Usually battery capacity is related, 100% will show like 4.2 V, and if goes down 10% , it will drop to 3.7 V.
Maybe you should have done a little research on Li-ion battery, Wikipedia is good place
