Today on DroidLife Blog, they released a hacked apk for videos, previously unable to be used on rooted devices.
I get a force close after opening, anyone else get it to work? And what ROM? I am on DocRamBones first Stock Touchwiz based on the official OTA.

Just got my s2 and when accessing the market i sometimes get the yellow bar at the top that says 'this app is not compatible with your device'.
This includes the official facebook app as well as others, its getting pretty annoying.
Im running the lite'ning v6.1 rom, but i even had this on the stock build when i first: got it!!
anyone able to help please?
I had no problem installing Facebook app (the official one). I am running a rooted, unbranded KF3 Stock ROM.
even if i go to the market on a desktop it says the only device compatible with my devices are my acer iconia tab, apparently my htc hds, htc deisre s and samsung galaxy s2 are not compatible and cannot be installed.
reason was because i had modified the screen density to 200 down from 240.... not sure why this should have any effect on what apps i should be allowed to install or not but there you go.
Hi
I've used the search function and suggested, so please don't shoot me if it's already been posted.
I'm rooted on Wanamlite 8.7 and my wife is on 8.4 and neither of us have been able to get iPlayer to work. I was wondering if any other rooted users have had any problems? Both of us have Adobe air and latest Flash.
I can't find it on the Android market either.
Anyone else have the same problem? Is it DRM? probably.
Cheers
Richard
Both the app and the website work fine for me on Hyperdroid Androidmeda 6.1.17
V1.3 has been released today. It is now appearing on Market and running in my S2 (rooted, ICS LPH) where previously I couldn't see it on Market and running the previous version directed me to a website saying device wasn't compatible.

Hi,
I have put the latest ICS leak on my SGS2 which funny enough I find better and more stable than the official XXLPQ.
The only things I miss are the stock ICS apps such as the ICS calendar, stock Email for Exchange, stock dialer/people apps etc ... but I also kind of like Touchwizz launcher and would like to keep it.
I have downloaded the latest gapps but is it safe to flash these over a Samsung ROM and would it bring the stock ICS apps that I am after?
I have searched on the forum and found few threads about stock apps but not really what I am after.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
Anyone can help for this?
I am trying to get the Email app from the CM9 ROM installed onto my LP3 stock Samsung ICS.
I have tried to copy Email.apk and Exchange.apk to /system/app but that doesn't work, the app is not visible under settings/applications...
I would love to get the stock ICS apps (sms, contacts, email, agenda) on the Samsung ROM (LP3) which I find very stable
i recently upgraded to the stock ICS via update from Samsung and there was no flash player. So i followed the guide on XDA to install flash player but it was really slow and glitchy. So i went back to the stock 3.2 firmware.
I really like the ICS firmware but i use my tab to mainly watch flash videos. So my question is there any CM10 ICS roms that has the flash player working as smooth as the original 3.2 firmware? I have the P7510 - WiFi US verison btw. Thanks.
I prefer to use the CM10 mod since i use the same on my Sensation and like it.

I think you are mistaken, cm10 is jelly bean and cm9 is ics. In my opinion, cm9 is waayyy smoother than stock ics, and as ics it supports flash. If you want cm10 you'll need the modded flash because it's not officially supported -- but just google it, there's a guide on xda.

The stock Samsung music player won't work on AOSP roms as it needs parts of Samsung's Touchwiz framework to work. You realize there are like a million other music players out there besides stock Samsung and Apollo, right?
