Not sure about the SPC, but you can get the MSL by calling Sprint and ask.

Dies anyone know how to access the programming menu on the MoPho? ##7764726 (##PROGRAM) does not work. That's what I used on other moto phones.

Talk to sprint to get your MSL #. Also, there's ##DATA# (modifies settings) and ##786# (views provisioning)

Be careful with ##786# if you have your msl because you can wipe your phone in that menu. ##msl# will allow you to manually program, ##3282# and ##72786# along with your msl will do a data restore for times when you lose data connection with 3g or 4g and the data profile update didn't work in the settings. Let me know if you need more info on this.
Ok, I take it the msl is unique to each device. Is the passcode unique, too?

When it is asking for the passcode it wants the msl.

They will ask you why you need it. Just tell them you talked to a sprint store because your phone has no data or service and the sprint store said you need to manually program it and they should give it to you. They will tell you to enter ##msl# more then likely and you got it.

I am looking at switching to T-Mobile. My sprint service sucks in Alabama. Before I switch I wanted to test T-Mobile's prl for coverage.

Don't believe CDMA devices can operate on GSM networks unless you're possibly on a world phone. Sorry.

Yea EVO won't work on there network unless u have gsm version witch u don't cause u said ur with Sprint

yes it does! my guess would be get one from Sprint store but, if its missing I would assume its unlocked and rooted so get any aftermarket SIM and save the Sprint data plan!

im wondering if this phone has a MEID for CDMA uses....im trying to flash this phone to metropcs but i cant seem to get a MEID only the IMEI....
if anyone has any info please help....
I have 2 MaXX's on order..
My son has a bionic.. on the box for the bionic, there is an IMEI number and no MEID
The VZW rep said the SIM card is for 4G but he didn't seem to know much..
This is al li know for now but I've wanted to research it a bit myself
I think you still need a sim to activate the phone. Even though it is for 4g data purposes. You need the sim even if you dont plan on using verizon's 4g.

Even you are able to flash to metropcs you can't use metros 4G since Verizon and metro 4G networks are different. You will be stuck with metro 1x service.

no i wouldn't i have metro 3g in my area and its pretty smooth especially since im on their 4 for 100 plan on 25 bucks a month unlimited everything including tethering so its pretty good for the price....
i got the flash done n i would definitely be willing to share it just want to test it first to make sure its working but cant seem to get a meid which is needed to flash into metropcs database

thanks i didnt know this, i have the 4g lte sim card in there anyways i heard taking it out is the VERY last step after its already on and active.....
im just having trouble getting it into the system to turn it on onto my existing metro number
I honestly don't get why anyone will pay full price for a Verizon phone just to port it to Metro.

My girlfriend has a Razr Maxx and I have a Galaxy Nexus, her Maxx only shows the IMEI but my nexus shows the meid and the imei and the meid is the same as the imei just with the last number taken off.

Hi i have this motorola photon 4G and I was plan on getting it connect with sprint but I was told that it has a blocked esn. what does this exactly mean and is there a way I could unblock and will I still be able to us it with sprint

This^^^
Basically it's a parts device now. Once they are reported as lost or stolen the carrier puts the ESN on a blacklist. Once this happens pretty much no one will activate it.
Might be able to do the GMS mod and use tmoble or ATT.
