honestly this phone is pretty decent. i guess if you are the like of those who are always on latest then you can sell it when the S4 is announced. if you sell it before that no one may buy coz of high value. but when the next comes the price will drop and some people will get interested about it. for me as i said its pretty decent and i think i won't sell it for another 5 yrs before i change phone again.
Only thing this phone is lacking, imho is the 2gb ram.
I reckon the best time will be when you are ready to buy the S4

I doubt its possible. Google stopped their playstore version in 2014 and highly doubtful anyone has any inventory of NEW ones. Best bet is to find a good quality used one like on swappa. No idea if sellers there ship internationally. I'll be selling mine in a few months if a quality replacement ever appears - hopefully there is a market for z ultra
Its better to get a replacement for the Z Ultra now....Chinese brand OEM got some selection of bigger screens, bigger ram and better processor.
