Issue with 3-way calls

I've noticed that if I make a three way call I cannot make another one without dropping the original call and starting over. To make matters worse, if I get a call while I'm already on the phone, the same issue happens, along with the same result if I need to make a 3-way call.
Any solution to this?
Its a sprint issue afaik

Anybody else have very low service in Boise?

I've recently seen a dramatic decrease in bars throughout Boise, Idaho and was wondering if anybody else was having the problem? I've been out of town and verified its only problematic in Boise and the surrounding area.
Any help or info would be appreciated!

Try this thread, might be of some use. A new modem might do the trick.

Multiple sms issue.

So since I've rooted and started flashing roms sms has been going crazy. Around midnight every night I have to reboot my phone because no phone calls will come in and no sms will come in outgoing works fine.
And the. When they do work I get each message about six times or more.
I use the stock sms and popup 7 and am running pkmn ROM any suggestions?

I had similar issues, and narrowed them down to my Airave. When I turn it off, the problem goes away (but reception gets worse, obviously).
Do you have an Airave in your house by chance?
This happened to me earlier this week. I had to exchange phones. Something must be going on!. Sprint could not fix it. I had to call my voice mail to get all my texts and calls to come in.!

I also had this issue, but it looks like it's my airave. Right now I can get text, but can't send any out while within range of my airave, unless I send it through Google voice. I think the signal emitted by the airave conflicts with the EVOLTEs antenna.

Glad to see I'm not the only one...its to late for me to exchange though

I ended up calling Sprint on that. The 2nd level tech said that Airave has been having issues on and off for a while, and they've been updating firmware on it pretty often, but he hasn't seen an improvement yet.
He had reset my Airave from his side (it does more than me hitting reset, according to him), and so far I'm not having this issue any more.
Well its been fine so far today after a couple of resets last night. I don't have an airave so I dont think that's my issue...hmmm

Maybe it's your network.... Maybe sprint is doing upgrades in your area.... Or they just have some issues in your area.
Here are some other opinions/ options

WiFi issues

Not sure what the deal is, but my OG has the worst WiFi reception. Multiple routers to test as well. Just poor reception every network. WiFi will drop out often, and the signal is kinda whack. It'll show full strength then drop to a circle and eventually drop out after and reconnect with like 2 bars.
Anyone else having this issue?

It would be best to provide additional details. Are you using a custom ROM or are you stock? Are you rooted/unlocked? When did the issue start?
Running the JB Canada Rom. I didn't have it long before I unlocked the bootloader. But right around when I rooted it, I suppose. It's been a universal problem though through different roms. I've only flashed a CPU kernel, but it shouldn't be active anymore.

I don't have any of those issues on a stock phone with the current software version. I've used it with an Airport Extreme and a myriad of others wherever I'm at. I've never had a problem that was the phones fault.
After I made sure that the ATT smart wifi app was happy after I got the phone all has been well. That app seems to be the common thread running through all of these threads.

I also have funky Wi-Fi issues with the JB ROM. It'll be working fine and just drop for no reason. Disabling and reenabling fixes it temporarily. I've read it's a common issue in 4.1. Annoying.

Yep, same problem here with the JB ROM. I have to disable then renable then it works. Annoying but it works
Try setting the wifi to 2.4 Ghz frequency on the settings menu

I don't experience the problem but having to use 2.4 ghz is hokey. That band is saturated to hell and gone, even in Arkansas. But 5ghz lets me transfer crap across my lan at around 290mbps

[Q] Signal strength, dropped calls

I have had a slight issue with call quality and dropping calls sense ive gotten this phone. I love absolutely everything about it but, when I make calls sometimes the other party cannot hear me, or the call will simply drop entirely. I have two phones, the Sprint G3 and the Sprint Galaxy Nexus. So far the Nexus still gets a better signal. I'm just a bit baffled, I have tried updating the PRL's and that helped slightly. Also im located in the Ogden Utah area. Anyone else have similar issues? Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Try turning off Voice Enchantment in Call Settings.
I heard that helped some people.

Another thing you can try is set network to LTE/CDMA. Or if you don't have LTE just use CDMA.
I know it's helped me in the past.
LG's don't have the best reception.

Sorry I haven't been on in a few days. Turning it off did help with people not being able to hear me from time to time. But the random disconnects have still be an issue.
