[Solved] Strange problem when adding 1% Mod to theme - Galaxy 3 Themes and Apps

Edit: Solved thanks to RafayelG.
I really like GingerZED theme (I can't find it anymore :S). It had it's v1.0 version released, but it doesn't have %1 support. So I thought I would make it myself (starting from v0.9 GingerZED with %1Mod).
So I just extracted the png files which are from the mod, and replaced the ones inside the v1.0 with these. Pulled the theme in, and rebooted. Everything good so far.
But after I rebooted, I realized that the progress bar (the one for example which is shown when uninstalling an app) "had gone crazy". I mean, it's like it blinks and goes from green to grey, over and over again until it finalizes. And I'm really confused because all I did was just change the .png files :S
I don't know if I made myself clear (if I didn't, just say :S)
Any ideas how to solve this?
Thanks in advance.

My only guess would be that you didn't modify the "sys_stat_battery.xml" file after you decompile framework-res.apk.
That usually happens when you don't.
Correct me if I'm wrong?

I think the theme mentioned here already has modified sys_stat_battery_xml. OP, confirm in original thread.

Yes. Boths versions (v0.9 and v1.0) have 1%Mod support. All I wanted to do was to change the battery pngs (and that was all I did :S).
I checked anyway, and the file Lestat mentioned is moded to support 1%
Thanks both of you.

Found the solution??

Alright so since it is added in there already, are you using a kernel that supports the 1% battery mod? That would be my only other guess.

I'm using G3Mod v1.7... so yes, it has 1%Mod support. But I think you misunderstood (or I just didn't made myself clear xP).
The problem isn't the battery mod (in fact, it works ok :S). The problem here is that the full screen progress bar (for example, which is shown when installing an app) blinks between grey and green (it goes 1 second green, 1 second grey and all the way until the install finishes).
Better now, or is it still confusing?
(Sorry, but as I'm not a native english speaker, I tend mess things when trying to make myself clear :S)

Hey i can help but I am on my phone atm will tell you the .png tomorrow

Can somebody make these Bionix Compatible?

THESE LOOK SO GOOD!!!
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=758797
as you can see on the last page, the creator of these mods stopped working on them because they switched over to froyo. These mods are much better looking than the original accurate battery, so i was hoping someone could make these compatible with some of our current ROMs? (Bionix 1.9, Bionix Final, Bionix Fusion 1.1, Stock JI6)
I'm gonna start on this tonight. Might take a little while. Lack of free time!

+1. I'd been using that mod for awhile until I flashed fusion. It'd be great if someone can make the mods work on JI6 roms.

I agree and request this as well!
Is this the battery mod you were looking for? You said horizontal? Or were you looking for the vertical mod? I used the png's from the web page provided. I didn't do everything yet, so let me know if anything should be changed.
***For some reason the pic came out a little blurry, but you get the picture.

Yes, just gonna take longer cause ill have to edit each image. The color actually changes every 20 units, but making them all blue would be much easier! Maybe just make 0-10 red?

Even 0-20 red would be fine as far as I'm concerned....are you doing metamorph, or flashable?

Well, definitely metamorph, but I would love to make a flashable version. Problem is, Ive never made a flashable zip before. I'm gonna research and see if I can get one working. If not, we'll still have the morph.

cant wait, thanks for doing this......when youre done, post an announcement here, but i would definately suggest starting a new thread so everyone can enjoy your hard work!
Just compiled this really fast. It should work and has the blue horizontal battery icons and notification icon changes from s0niqu3's thread.
This is just a MetaMorph to change the images as the Bionix ROMS have the accurate battery fix already.
Edit at 15:13 - Tested working on mine.

You probably caught it as I was doing a quick switch up with an edit to the zip. Try it now.
I can try to do the circular one later. When you punch yourself in the face, make sure to record it and put it up on YouTube so we can see it.

I might do that. I replaced the images in a custom battery morph I made for myself. I ripped the images right from one of s0niqu3's flashable zips, so any real credit goes to her for the images.

yah im already editing what you just put out, removing some images i dont want replaced, and adding a few .pngs from the "carbon black" theme to the notification pulldown menu
nm, didnt work........the reason im having trouble doing these things for myself is because the last time i really messed around with morphs were for cupcake 1.5....its not as easy is just drag-drop mix-match anymore

It's still pretty simple. Just need to make sure the structure is right and the file names match the images you are trying to replace. Which parts of the carbon black morph do you want in there?

But i have one problem..someone please help me:
After i updated the framework, facebook and twitter widgets don't get updates at all, although the apps still work corectly. Timescape doesn't update at all!
I've read that it may be because of advanced task killer, but before framework update, all these widgets got updates with the same task killer settings.
More info: had apps2sd and jit installed one week ago..last night i updated busybox, installed xrecovery, performed a backup(in xrecovery) and then installed the framework.
Thank you in advance!
Later edit: it started working all of a sudden..maybe i just had bad signal

Numerical color for stock battery to use for SHOstock from uot?

Does anyone know what numerical color to use on uot kitchen to recreate the stock looking accurate battery mod like on unnamed. I've tried but I can't seem to get the color right, seems to look different every time and I think it is because the colors look different on laptop lcd and the amoled screen on this phone.

It dosent look like the UOT kitchen is working. Ive tried a few things and Ive read others having problems... in fact the last pickup was 12-31-11 so the new year may have threw it offline.

Download the rom, pull out framework-res apk from /system/framework. From there, follow the instructions from one of the links in my signature (image replacement).
I happen to already have the icons extracted. Post your framework-res apk and I'll implement it (or try it on your own).
