[Q] Bluetooth volume control problem - Motorola Photon 4G

Is anyone else experiencing volume control issues when listening to music on a bluetooth headset. I'm using a Motorola Finiti bluetooth and I have both the volume on the device as well as the earpiece set to the lowest setting and it is still freaking loud. I can't seem to find a means of controlling the music volume because when I take a call I need to actually raise the volume to hear the caller. Any help or ideas???

Ok, quick update. Messing around with the volume on the phone does nothing. The volume cannot be controlled by the phone. It is either on or off from the phone itself and my bluetooth volume on my headset is as low as it can go. Any ideas guys????

Volume Control for HBH-IS800

hi
i just bougth a bluetooth stereo headset hbh-is800. it works great in handsfree mode to call, but if i use it as stereo headset to listen to music i am unable to change the volume. it always keeps at a very silent level. is there a way to change the bt audio volume on windows mobile?
i also tried coreplayer, but it is still very silent.
thanks
Does it do the same thing on a wired headset? Also, have you checked in HD Tweak or Advanced Config to see if the volume / dB limit is raised to 100?
no, it the wired headset works perfectly. the bluetooth stereo headset has no volume control, it depends on the mobile to adjust the volume. but the bluetooth volume is not changed if i change the volume on the mobile. it always keeps very low. i will check on the two tools you recommend.
thanks
david
any information on this???

[Q] Low Music Volume - bluetooth or wired headset

Man....I swear this thing seemed louder when I first got it. Anyone else having issues with sound not being loud enough when listening to media files? All volume controls are at max.

[Q] Optimus V Headphone Volume for MP3 Player Use

I got the Optimus V at the recent Cyber Monday deal at Virgin Mobile - for one major purpose - to use it as an mp3 player for my car. I have not activated the phone, do not plan to, have wifi on it only.
The built-in speaker on it is pretty loud, so I am surprised that the headphone volume is very low. I have to turn my car volume all the way up to max to hear anything (driving highway).
I wonder if LG turned the volume low to prevent people from killing their ear-drums. Is there any solution out there without having to activate the phone and install alternate rom on it? I have turned the volume in settings all the way high, and I have Pandora, and I have set the audio setting to high on Pandora preferences.
Pls. let me know if my objective cannot be achieved without rooting and installing a custom ROM, I would prefer not to activate this phone.
Thanks for any help.
Shameless bump...I have Volume Control+ which does not help at all.
you hear low sound in headphone ?
what are you connecting it to?
Yes, I have a low volume on the headphone too. I connect it to the aux port on the car radio using a regular Stereo Jack. My Car radio is a Pioneer system, which has great sound with other mp3 players.

[Q] In-call volume low with headset.

When I use headphones or earbuds with my phone, the in-call volume is extremely low, even with the volume maximized. Music and media are at normal volume with the headphones, and in-call volume is normal when using the earpiece or loudspeaker. It's just that when I make a call with headphones, I can almost not hear the person on the other end.
I've tried tinkering with every volume setting option, including those in DSP and even tried Volume+ (which unnecessarily boosts media volume to the extreme, but does absolutely nothing for in-call volume). I've also spent hours searching the internet and existing forums for a solution. I found this: (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1337357) but unfortunately that only bricked my phone. I'd really love to be able to use earbuds when on a call. Any ideas??
P.S.
I'm running CM11 on a Motorola Defy, if that's important.

Very loud audio with Bluetooth [Android - 6.0.1]

I apologize in advance if this has been asked and answered but my search didn't turn up any results.
With my Bluetooth adapter(simple Bluetooth to fm) for my car the volume control is very inconsistent. When Bluetooth first connects it is VERY loud even though the volume might be on on 2 of 15. Adjusting the volume up or down will correct the issue but the #2 position will be loud no matter what till the next connection.
This volume issue even happens when the volume is at any position. The initial start of audio will be very loud. I have found a report on this but there was mention of a fix.
androidpolice.com/2015/12/11/android-6-0-1-finally-links-bluetooth-and-system-media-volume-settings-but-it-breaks-volume-control-on-many-headsets/
Is there a fix?
