When I change the date and time there are no numbers in the boxes

How about using automatic values?
Check the "Automatic" checkbox under date & time settings

Yuupz..Try "yancm" Sugesstion..
Or
Maybe There is a "Value"..but You can't see that, coz the "TexT Color is White" in a "White Background"..
Try to Change/Flash the with other theme..

U can use Quickmenu 2.8 to get the number indicator for battery.

try changing your font
I change the font but doesn't work ...
I replace the font in cyanogen with stock one ... still nothing ...

Yep, I change fonts a lot. And face same issues when some font doesn't have "that alphabet"...
What I suggest is to any font changer from market. (I prefer paid one "Absolute System" but I have also tried this one) and change the font.
Beside all this can i do something different ?
Without installing any app ... edit CMParts maybe ? ...

Sorry, I cannot figure out anything else. Maybe you should search for a rom with Arabic language included
to enable use or install it, your mobile must be rooted and already disable verification
