i have a bell phone KG2, which i am using on rogers network. I unlocked SG2 by following chainfire method. everything works, but the only problem i am experiencing is after rooting the phone, people cant hear me. everytime i make a call no one can hear me at all, not even on speaker. the only way they can hear me is if i use blue tooth. does anyone know how to solve this issue?
android version: 2.3.3
kernel ver: 2.6.35.7-I9100xxkg2-cl375027
any help would be great.
if someone can tell me how to go back to factory setting (unroot it) that would be great too.

Hello guys i have problem. When people call me they say that i don't pick up the phone,but actually i don't have incoming call at that moment when they call me. I can call them or send sms but they cant. Restart helps this problem,but actually i don't know even when this bug appears to reboot the phone. i have 2.3.4 version at&t unlocked atrix. can you help me with solution? thanks in advance
I can't hear any sound when I'm making outgoing calls or any incoming calls. When I dial the number, it works but no sound during the call. Sound is on.
I had Resurrection ICS custom rom. So, I removed everything. I unrooted my phone and installed the regular files using this tutorial. (stock phone)

I had this problem before when I had a custom ROM which I downloaded it from this site. it was the Resurrection v2.3 ICS. The author told me to install CM9 kernal and I did. My phone went completely black screen after reboot so I had to reset everything and install the stock phone. I'm back to Android 2.3.4 unrooted and regular stock kernal.
But the problem is still happening.

Everything seemed fine until I realized sometimes when I make calls the call goes through but I can't hear them. I hang up and call back and then I hear them. I know my calls went through because they asked what happened.
Has anyone experienced this issue or have any suggestions for me?

Im a newbie with the android system as i am more accustomed with the ios device.. I succesfully rooted my Samsung Glaxy S2 with BASEBAND version: DXLS8 and kernel version 3.0.31-jeboo [email protected] #26. Android version is 4.1.2. My problem is whenever i try to make outgoing call or receive incoming calls. During an outgoing call, there are times the call would last more than 15minutes without any issues same with incoming calls. However, problem arises when while dialling out or your in the middle of a call, there will be a weird noise and the call will eventually drop. According to the people i have on the other end of the line, they cant hear me while on my end all i hear is that weird noise that sounded like a video tape being rewinded or a dj scratching his cd. I got my phone 2nd hand and with the original firmware that comes with the phone (though i as never able to take note or create a recovery for the old firmware) i did not encounter any issue, thus, in my view may be reference to rule out that it is a hardware problem. Issue started when i downloaded and installed Globe Telecoms firmware. I tried looking for the solution from my end but to no luck. Will appreciate it very much if someone can help me with it. More power!

I have flashed before... But I've never actually flashed to factory so it will still accept updates from the carrier.. I have a friend with a Google pixel and it's having some bad glitches. I figure the best way would be to reinstall Android. But how do I have it locked onto Bell (Canada) so it will still have its own updates? I understand this may be a common asked question but I am unable to find much on this. Even a link to a post would be great then I can just delete this.
EDIT: turns out he went to bell reflashed it and it didn't work.
Symptoms:
Calling someone noone can hear him he can't hear them
Incoming call glitches the phone needs a full set
After reset one phone call can be made then it continues same above.
What could be doing this?
