HW Accelerated stock browser possible? - HTC EVO 3D

Just wondering if it is possible? Such as the galaxy s2's. Love how smooth the panning, pinch to zoom, and off course scrolling. Thanks to all.

Maybe overclock? Set tasker profile to over clock on launch? U will need to be rooted and probably on a custom rom

You will need a custom kernal to overclock, not a ROM btw

They've gotten it to force ui hw acceleration, so maybe someone will take a stab at the stock browser

Any good Camera apps for AOSP

Is there any good camera apps for the myTouch running an AOSP rom (CM7)?
I mean, the stock is fine, but I want to be able to focus on items like on the stock rom, and or adjust the iso values in the preview. Anything? Could be either free or paid, I'm willing to drop about $3 for a good app that I know will work perfectly fine like the stock rom.
I use Vignette a lot. Can do a lot of cool effects and such. I also use Pudding Camera and I think it has the best camera quality out of all the apps but its all in Korean so its kinda hard to figure out all the settings.
I use Vignette and Camera 360

Is there a way to remap the camera button from default camera to whatever alternative (e.g. 360camera), in similar fashion like genius button remapping?

Mytouch 4G Slide Camera

I was wondering if it's possible to get the camera apk and put it on the evo 3d?

I'm fairly certain it's framework-dependent and so will not work [without modification].

Enable wallpaper panning

Hi everyone,
Is there anyway to enable wallpaper panning on the carousel sense?
I have been wondering this also
Are you talking about panning like the 4g EVO? If so I hated that, I love how on the 3VO the wallpaper stays in place.

I think the OP and I are talking about the the wallpaper like "LIVE HD beach"

wallpaper, that when you slide to the left or right it kinda changes the background scene slightly

I'm pretty sure he's talking about this.
Via My HTC Evo 3D On The Now Network From Sprint.
There's no way to enable it. The only way to have it is to install an alternate launcher like ADW. But, when you do that, you lose the Sense widgets.

Yeah that's pretty much what i'm after lol. Got a few nice live wallpapers that I now can't use properly :-(

in short
HTC abandoned the scrolling wallpaper for the 3D carousel effect of Sense 3.0
I have to admit there are sometimes i wish i had the carousel wallpaper, however the 4g needed the options also.

Only on CM, AOKP, or MIUI have I seen that option, but not in sense roms.

Help!!

Is there any mod to make homescreen scrollable ????!!!
Sent from my HTC EVO 3D X515m using xda premium
You can set the number of pages to scroll left and right without any mods. The way to change this depends on the rom and launcher you use.

If you mean can you scroll the homescreen wallpaper then you can use another launcher. Sense does not do wallpaper scrolling.
Sense 3.0 with the 3D carousel doesn't do wallpaper scrolling. Though I know there was a mod to turn off the 3D mode and reverts to the old Sense 1.0-2.1 type transitions and wallpaper scrolling. Don't know how to make the mod or where to find it. Though you may want to check the OG EVO 4G threads for a Rom based on the GB version of the EVO 3D called shooter.
