Actually you can. You need to decomplie the Defaultheme.apk and add these wallpapers and backgrounds. Then recomplie it back. Maybe try to PM XperienceD he has done this for his theme.

If all you want to do is replace images in any apk you don't even need to decompile it, just rename and drag and drop to the correct folder making sure to choose store as the compression method.

Hi there...
I loved the Mixer theme on CM7, thought I'd make one for our CM6.2 as well...
I've tried to reach as close to the original Mixer as possible, added a few other icons as well...

Yeah it doesn't work
I´ve just rezized and replace two images on the default themes apk extracted from my arc usin the 58 fw and i could change the app background on the black theme i was wondering if there is any way to add more fancier themes to this list by moddifing this app here you can see what did i change and you got the moddified default_themes.apk to try it

Let me present you Touchwiz UX Jelly Bean Launcher with Black app drawer background and wallpaper scrolling ON...

I am not a developer...I just changed some values in the seclauncher2.apk and got this. This was developed for those who
1. want scrolling wallpaper
2. and for those who gets annoyed by the transparent app drawer background when white or any faint wallpaper is set as homescreen...
It really gets hard to see the icons and the icon labels when such a whitish wallpaper is set..This is the reason I wanted it...So thought of sharing with u guys
I am posting 3 apks...Wallpaper scrolling is kept ON in all of three apks...If want to disable it let me know...
1. full black background...
2. 75 % black background...
3. 50 % black background...
HOW TO:
Pretty simple...
1. Rename /system/app/SecLauncher2.apk to Seclauncher2.apk.bkp (for backup)
2. Copy the downloaded SecLauncher2.apk in the /system/app
3. Change permission: rw-r--r--
4. Reboot. Thats it :good:
Bugs: You tell me.
Cant say whether it will work on i9070p or not as i havent tested on it yet...but it should work as the changes are not related to OS.

Home.apk is based off Xperia Home 5.1.S.0.0. Themed to (somewhat) match the style of the Xperia i1's launcher.
ClockWidgets.apk is based off Clocks 1.0.A.0.26. Themed to match the Xperia i1's Clock Widgets.
Download the zip in the attachments below and flash in CWM.

I'm assuming you both haven't used the Xperia Z launcher before. You need to flash some files first. I'll provide them when I can.

The Folder background is different right?, I saw different home_folder_folder.png in xhdpi and hdpi, the one on hdpi seem to be the old one since Xperia T's launcher.
Anyway since this is just a themed launcher of an old home launcher ver which work for ICS (5.1.S.0.0), some bugs like theme option force close or some icon in appdrawer occasionally become unpressable and slow down transition speed still persist right?

Nice find, didn't see that the first time. I'll edit it for hdpi.
And yes, there are still the same bugs that persisted in the original version.
Updated with new folder design (thanks palkia 171993) and couple other tweaks. Download is now attached to OP. Includes files necessary to make the apk work if you haven't used the Xperia Z Home before.

New Clock Widgets!
Updated ClockWidgets.apk to match the Honami clocks:
The second hand on the analog clock, numbers on the digital clock and dots on the binary clock will all change depending on what accent (SemcGenericUxpRes.apk) you have installed. The fonts in the zip are required for the plain (white) digital clock. Only small bug is that the app icon for the widget is not the correct icon, but it shouldn't matter because you won't see it anyway.
Download the zip file attached in OP.

Clear data in Settings>Apps for Xperia Home to get the extra row of apps in your apptray. The Themes bug has not been solved since this Home was first leaked.
New app by Samsung to crate themes based on the wallpaper colors , change all the UI theme including qs , dialer , apps .
Confirmed working on 9.0 , 10.
*Must allow storage permission

You can use coffee fixmix to change stock launcher icons

You can change the UI icons with hex installer search in xda.

Not really...it's possible to set some custom icons from different Themes but it's not possible to set an icon pack from play store system wide.
The app is pretty damn limited.

I tried Samsung CLOUD!!! But it doesn't backup n restore theme!!! It only backups the wallpaper n apps pn home screen.
Pls tell if u find a way to backup Custom Themes from THEME PARK
It will be great rat if they add a new feature with which we can EXPORT n import custom themes in THEME PARK. Then i can share this theme to another Galaxy device!!!

When you create a theme, it creates an apk. It will be named with the same name that you created for it, so it should be able to be backed up with your preferred backup app or just manually copy it from /data/app/...
