Help to flaxh Galaxy ACE - Galaxy Ace S5830 General

Hi Guys;
I need help with a flash of SG Ace S5830, the stock rom was Spanish Vodafone Gingerbread, I don`t remember exactly what it was.
I followed the instrucctions to flash with Odin V4.38 the last rom of samfirmware: XENKP7 but when the cell was restarted it showed me : Can't acess /system/csc/LUX,
When the phone started, I connected it by usb but when I tried to disconnect the debug mode this went back to on. The drivers were installed correctly but when I tried to access to the unit this hadn't format.
I checked the storage and my cell only recognized the internal memory, not the SD.
I was looking for information in the forum and the network and I didn't found any. I don't know what the problem with the csc is.
Please could you help me?
Thanks

You need the LUX CSC. Try following instructions on the thread on multi-csc in the development subforum. That may help you.

Hello Consegregate,
I was read the post of multi-csc but I don't know exactly what CSC I have to download,
I try to flash with the same as version of firmware, please could you say me what and wher CSC I have to download to EU?
Thanks

[HELP] My SGS2 is Stuck in update

I have Korean Galaxy S2 (SHW-M250K). Last night i recieved an update message KI06 on kies. I started update.
But after downloading update in PC the update process stuck at 3% while flashing the phone. After an hour i removed cable and tried to do emergency update but it was still stuck at 3%.
I tried to flash KG5 with odin but it was also stuck at FSimage.I tried to download again.
Now my phone can go in download mode but PC cannot recogenize usb. and USB not recogenized message appear.
Please HElP what to do?
Is my phone bricked or there is some way to flash it.
Now my phone can go in download mode

Then you aren't bricked.
You'll need to reflash using Odin to what ever firmware you were using.
As long as you can access download mode you aren't bricked. It may be a little difficult to use odin if you never have.. But rest assured, you are not bricked.
I have ODIN mode on my phone but when i connect the USB cable to pc, my PC does not recogenize usb. and yellow pop up message of "USB not recogenized" appears. so i cannot flash it it with ODIN or Kies.
I have to solve this USB problem to proceed. Do you have any suggestion for this.

Ok
I am on my way to figure out driver problem.
But there is one more thing.
My orignal firmware was korean. But now after unsiccessfull Odin flash my Download mode Screen and "Firmware update failed" screen has changed to english version. Is there a possibility that Odin curropted my Phone modem .
Also one more thing.
I cannot charge my phone because whenever i connect usb or AC charger the computer and mobile icon with yellow mark appears.
modem has nothing to do with the language settings.
update may have changed the firmware, just go into settings, language and change it back.

Yes it can be changed but right now my phone cannot go past " Firmware upgrade encountered an error. Please select recovery mode in kies and try again" screen.
Also i cannot flash because windows is not detecting my Phone's modem correctly.
Windows does not need to see your modem to flash .

Fairly simple answer you have flashed a non korean firmware .
What is this Odin mode on the phone is it Download mode ???
Stock Roms .and csc
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1075278
I wonder if you have the right instructions to follow ??Or are you flashing a wrong firmware .
Personally i would take to a service centre and tell them Kies broke it .

Ammm, you are flashing an incompatible rom on your phone
You should refer to the [SHW-M250*] Korean Galaxy SII M250S / M250K / M250L Users thread for advice on your phone, the firmwares posted in the link above would not work.
Be careful man

gs2 dead after root. please help

Hello. Wish i will find the solution to the problem here. I will show every detail i did, maybe something will help...
I wanted to upgrade the s2 (international) -stock and not rooted- from 4.0.3 to Omega v20.1 .. Therefore i tried to root it.
Downloaded odin 1.85
Downloaded CF-Root-SGS2_XX_XEO_LPQ-v5.3-CWM5
Put the mobile on download mode > connected it > Opened Odin > chose the file > start
[/LIST]
The program worked and showed the passed signed and the mobile restarted
The mobile freeze here (as in the picture).. totally dead!! unless removing battery
tried the same process again with CF-Root-SGS2_XX_XEO_LPQ-PROPER-v5.4-CWM5 and Siyah-s2-v6.0b5
Also tried Odin V1.7 , V3.04 and the same results ... total freeze
I cant enter the recovery mode -vol up , home, and power- . The mobile also freeze
Hope to fix it
You have a Samsung I9100G. you flashed a kernel for a I9100 without any letter... go search there to find the correct kernel for you.
PS : and btw Omega 20.1 won't work on your device cuz it's only available for I9100 devices :/
He`s right i had the same issue with the exact same symptoms i mixed up gt-i9100 with I9100G

[Q] Samsung galaxy S2 with gingerbread rom not recognized by Windows nor Odin

Hello,
I've got a friend who never updates his old S2 phone so he always has the original rom (2.3.3, I9100XXKDJ, GINGERBREAD.XWKE2).
So, as I already used Odin to update som Samsung devices, I decided to update its rom to put the last supported for the S2, so the 4.1.2
I wipe data in recovery mode but after, impossible to detect phone on download mode from Windows and Odin.
The funny thing is that if I try with my S2 (with a 4.1.2 rom) in download mode, no problem, it's recognized by Windows and Odin (with a color square)
The only differences I see between my and its S2 are :
- version of rom and therefore version of bootloader which are very old
- his phone is always simlocked with his french operator, but normally, there is no reason to interfer with Odin, no?
However, once his phone configured (with always his old rom as I could not flash another), I tested the mode storage usb and no problem, the drive was recognized by Windows, but impossible to recognize anything in download mode.
Somebody has an idea?
Thanks

Hey there,
Since your friend has GT-I9100, you can try this guide to update his OS to a newer version: http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/samsung-galaxys2-i9100-unroot-official-jellybean-firmware-460777
The guide is very good, as it provides official drivers and OS/PIT/MODEM etc. You should try to install the newer version on any other Windows PC(If you can try to arrange one), as your PC is unable to detect his phone's download mode.
Need any further help? Don't hesitate to ask.
Regards.

Ok,
In fact, there is no problem to download the new rom to flash.
The problem is the detection of his phone by WIndows and moreover Odin.
If I follow your links and specially http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/samsung-galaxys2-i9100-unroot-official-jellybean-firmware-460777, I remark that in that page "USB Drivers " doesn't work unfortunately.
But that's strange, because I installed Samsung USB Drivers which works on my S2, Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 and S5 4G+.
So why there is problem with his S2 and specially in download mode (as I said above, the usb storage between computer and his phone works...).
Maybe I could ask him to desimlock his phone with his french operator and retesting even if I think it's not the root cause...
I tried also to try samsung update menu from his phone, but as it's too old, it finds nothing.
Edit : Maybe also interesting to try with a WIndows XP virtual machine + Kies which is the official software, and maybe will recognize his phone to upgrade it.
Thanks.

sgs3 help

Hi all, My friend has given me his sgs3 to have a look at as its not working, the phone is recognized in odin but just will not flash anything at all (multiple Odin's and firmwares) I can get the phone into recovery mode and as soon as it does it says flash multiple cscs failed and can't find anything in any directory on the phone. My phone stopped working all of a sudden it's stuck in a boot loop and will only go on to Odin but when I downloaded a Rom and plugged my phone in it said it passed but the phone is still stuck in a boot loop not sure if I got the right Rom or not any help would be great please thanks
What model is it
hi
Hiya it a Samsung galaxy alpha sm-G850F
Try flashing a kitkat rom with odin. Make sure repartition is ticked ON.
Sent from my SM-G850F
Find the correct firmware for your country here.. all will work but best to have the one for your country or as close as possible http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/database/SM-G850F/
Download and install USB drivers from here http://developer.samsung.com/technical-doc/view.do?v=T000000117#none . Unzip and run the .exe file to install
Follow this guide it's for galaxy tab but just apply it to your phone substituting the device specific details with your alpha . It should work no problem. http://forum.xda-developers.com/tab-4/general/guide-how-to-restore-stock-firmware-t2979006
