[Q] iPazzPort - Motorola Photon 4G

Hi, I was wondering if anyone else had tried to use an iPazzPort Wireless Remote with their photon. It comes with a usb dongle that uses a 2.5 ghz wavelenght band. Excuse my noobyness, but isn't that the band for bluetooth? Does anyone have any idea on how to connect it to the Photon? I'd love to use it with the Webtop over HDMI hack so that i could have all the functionality of the HD media dock, without paying for one....

[Q] Is it possible to tether a gtab to a non-smart phone with tether capabilities?

Hello,
Is it possible to tether my gtab to a non-smart phone such as a Motorola Z9 on a 3G network? (bluetooth or wired)
If it is possible, I would like to call my carrier to see how much the tethering charges are on a non-smart phone.
My Blackberry for work is only an 8320 on GSM. I heard it is practically useless to tether on GSM. Maybe I can talk someone into upgrading me to 3G. If that is the case, can a 3G Blackberry tether a gtab?
I would prefer to tether from my own phone.
Thanks for any info.

Use android phone as xbox360 wireless adapter...

Hi guys,
I have a rooted cynogen mod Lg P500.
I can connect my xbox360 to my laptop for bridging a connection. but have recently moved to ubuntu so the bridging is a mission and a half.
So I was wondering if it was possible to use an android phone as an xbox360 wireless adapter.
By this I mean:
My android is connected to my networks wifi.
I want to connect my xbox360 to the android and connect to xbox live.
Is this possible?
no your internet source need to be 3g or 2g to enable wifi hot spot on your phone.
the phone cannot work like a switch
It wouldn't be a wifi hot spot since we need the phone as an adapter.
I'm thinking this is closer to wired tethering.
Is this too late or is there some way to it. I'm not ready to buy a new router and if an android can do this with PDAnet, could it also work with the xbox?

[Q] Tehering via cable?

Hi guys, the Transformer Prime does not have 3g (yet), so when I'm on the go I have to use tethered internet from my phone. I am going to use wifi tethering as soon as my prime arrives, but I have one question:
Is it possible to share the internet connection via cable (HTC Sensation plugged into the keyboard dock)? I think this would use by far less battery...

[Q] 3G USB Stick as Hotspot

Is it possible to use a 3G usb stick dongle (modem-sim card data) with my device?
I have a USB (female) to Micro USB and I plugged in the 3G usb dongle into the device, seems like its turn on but how do I use it?
I want to use this stick's data network, is it possible? or else, there is any application that enable this?
Instead of switching between the sim cards, the connecting of this 3g dongle and use its data network will do the job, if there is a way to do that of course.
Thanks!
I don't think it's possible. Best to invest in a 3g wifi modem. I actually use my old S1 for wifi tethering.

I sew its working fine with tablets, maybe it built-in at honeycomb version?

Easy Tether to Samsung Smart TV?

Hello; I've got a Series 6500 Samsung Smart TV, and I generally use my Note 3 for internet at my house, (as do my wife and daughter with their phones). we have a legacy plan, which has unlimited data, so that's not an issue. We live in the Mtns of Puerto Rico, and not even DSL works out here. I would like to be able to use my easy tether to connect my Smart TV, to my phone, using a program like Easy Tether... it has served me well, for the computer; I'd just like to use the Smart TV, to its' potential.
Any networking gurus who can figure this out, would have my gratitude! I've been searching what seems to be "everywhere!", and I am sorry if this is not the correct forum.

Is your note 3 rooted? If so I'd switch to using a WiFi tether app of some sort. That would simplify a lot for you. As for using an app like easy tether that uses a direct connection on your TV, depends on the USB capabilities of your TV. I doubt your TV has the necessary software and/driver support to handle it. The USB on the TV isn't like USB on the computer. Most TV's have a specific type/model of network USB adaptor they support. Unlike computers that are capable of using any.
