You have flash player installed? I've heard not having that installed may cause browser issues.

I am running bionix 1.3 which has the stock kernel...i wanted to know if anyone knows a kernel that has improvements but is not overclocked because my phone can't handle it....it just keeps freezing up

on thing to try is not touch the "conservative" drop down box, in setcpu, that tends to royally screw things up, but why not just run the kernel you are running, but not over clock it to 1.2, just leave it at 1ghz? use setcpu to set it at 10000mhz then click the "set on boot" check box. it should be golden.
You can use any Kernel you want and just not overclock. I don't see why that wouldn't work.
I don't always complain, but when I do, I #BlameWes
(edited) after reading up a bit, i just installed JAC's Extreme kernel over bionix 1.3 that had kk to begin with, already its faster at startup, time to play around...

I recently started using the Psx4droid app and its great, but sometimes the sound lags and the frame rate drops. Is there anyway way to boost performance? Im currently playing FFVII and im running Nero V4.1 with voodoo.

I think the only way to improve the speed and stability is through the emulator itself.
try to use the OC kernel that TW posted.

I tried the Dow 1.4 Kernel that Som posted as a bonus. The emulator wouldn't even open when I overclocked it.

Anyone else use the Nook app?
I'm having the strangest problem. When I use the Silverneedle kernel, the app works just fine (OC'd to 1.5). Now, when I changed to the RCMIX kernel (same OC freq), it force closes all the time. What could it be?

Are you overclocked with SetCPU? Did you un-install SetCPU before flashing the new kernel and re-install afterwards?
I noticed that after the phone would boot up, it would give me a FC but if I opened the OC app, everything looked like it was working fine. When flashing a new kernel over another, you may want to wipe Dalvik after flashing a new kernel...
Hi I used to run a froyo rom with dragon kernel, and was able to overclock to 1360 mhz no problem. Now I'm on the latest trigger cm7 build with glitch kernel and it totally crashes my phone the second I try anything above 1200. What methods have people used to get good, stable overclocks above 1200?

Hello, i recently flashed 1.9.1 and at first it was running really smooth but now i been having massive amounts of lag. I'm runnin Lazy governor with 384min 1.24 max. Does anyone have any suggestions to speed it up? Or is anyone having similar problems?
Oh and I'm not sure if it's related to the rom but my WifiTether seems to cut off signal a few times. But didn't seem to happen on 1.8.
And can anyone please provide me with a link to version 1.8 with the md5 too please. Thank you.

Try clearing caches. If that doesn't help try flashing the kernel. If that still doesn't help reflash the ROM. I'm guessing it started having trouble after you reloaded all of your data?

Sorry don't have an md5, but I copied them straight from neo. I would also recommend clearing cache and dalvik cache. I also run the v6 supercharger script from xda every time I flash a rom. Makes your launcher have higher priority and frees up RAM for active apps.

Yes, use SetCPU and run two different profiles. It seems to work best if you use wheatly for screen off (because wheatley goes into deep sleep faster) and use intellidemand when screen on. I typically don't UC my profiles, but I am still pulling 2 days of use with about 1.5 hours of screen time (on OEM battery).
Edit: I'm sorry, I run system tuner, not SetCPU.
