After last week's OTA update, Junos Pulse will no longer connect to my VPN. I've uninstalled, wiped, reinstalled all with no different results. Did they update or change something to networking in the OTA?

I'm running the 8/17 Synergy and out of nowhere my just phone started looking for a PRL update on its own...never seen this happen unprompted...anyone else? WTF?
Just happened to as well about an hour ago. Did it say System update and under updating prl? If you manually update it says prl update not system, also kicked me out of the app I was using.
I have done the ratchet update to add my serial number and it shows up. I have manually updated my tablet to .11, then to .11.1, then to .13, and then took it back to .11.1, but I still have a BOKAS tablet that does not get OTAs.
I have fully read the Serial No thread, I have PM'd Gary and gotten no response, I have called the ASUS helpline and been offered an RMA.
As it sits, I actually never have had the WiFi, BT or GPS issues and I don't have bleed on the screen. I love the tablet, but would like to get the updates.
Can anyone tell me from that list/rant above if I have missed anything? Why don't I see the OTA. I am in Minnesota, so I should have gotten it by now, right?

Manually update it to .13 and then go to Settings > About Tablet > System Firmware Update and click 'Check Update' and it should say an update is available please check system tray or something like that and the update will be there.
I will try that again and let you know what happen
Even though I did it this way once prior, for the sake of completeness and to be sure I am following through on everything, I just did a manual upgrade to 9.4.2.13 and then got the Successful Upgrade message.
I went to the Settings and checked there, it shows my serial number and also that my build is .13.
I then went to System Firmware Update and selected Check Update. Reported back "there is no update available for your device currently"
Again, to make sure that it was not related to network or firewalls or anything like that, I connected to a different WiFi LAN and it still says "There is no update available for your device currently."
I was able to get the .14 build from the ASUS website so I have downloaded it from there, and will be manually updating again, but I would like to be able to get this running automatically at some point.
11.1 couldn't update to .13, according to various reports on xda because it was a "beta build" to correct certain issues with .11
.13 to .14 should have worked assuming the update checker could contact Asus' server. It's been known to act a bit wonky at times so that refreshing the update checker doesn't necessarily work.
yeah, well i tried everything, including clearing out the DMClient but it never worked.
I went ahead and updated manually to .14 and I will wait to see if it fails when the next release comes.
It's only been a couple days since i updated but so far all has not been smooth like it was with the last ota update.
SMS has been quirky..missed texts and wrong time stamps. May just be the google hangouts app. I will be using stock messaging app until i figure this out.
Also noticed issues with bluetooth and ford sync..albeit an older 2012 version of sync. Audio stutters and sync doesn't recognize the phone unless I manually seek bluetooth devices. Had to delete old phone connection in the sync settings and re-pair the phone to my car. Seems to be normal now.
Haven't noticed lower connection speeds but I haven't really tested 4G much yet.
I haven't s-off or rooted this phone yet. So I didn't think of even doing a factory reset..may not be a bad idea at this point.
Sorry if this is not new info just wondering what general issues people are encountering.
I would suggest doing a factory reset. With Roms it is always recommended when upgrading major versions of Android to do it clean, and I recommend the same with stock software. I've done stock updates and had issues, but after clean wiping everything went back to normal. I'm rooted and soff but using the stock software and it has been running great without any of the issues you are having. Try a factory reset and see what happens.

Hi!
After trying some custom ROMs I'm back to stock using Sony tool Emma. It worked great restoring my table to latest stock ROM 23.5.A.1.291.
But now I'm experiencing a weird issue. The clock is delayed :crying: it starts with a few minutes and then after hours of adding more minutes, the clock is many hours delayed.
I have noticed that this starts after installing some apps (e.g. Twitter official client), but this never happen before using the same apps. And can't replicate the issue in other devices with the same app.
After searching a lot I tried several suggestions as turning off the automatic time and time setting, and selecting the time and timezone manually. Also tried to add my city to the World time and setting it as default location. Unfortunately none of this helps.
Any ideas?

Solved this myself... I'm leaving here my solution for the record if someone may need it.
Using the Emma tool from Sony flashed previous firmware available (can't remember the version now but it's the only previous one available). Booted with it and configured the time and timezone.
Then using Emma again flashed latest firmware 23.5.A.1.291, configured it and magically the issue is solved! No more delays in the time, even when installing apps that previously seem to trigger the issue.
I tried previously to flash 23.5.A.1.291 many times, but only flashing the previous version first (the last one with Android 5.x) solved the issue.
I received Android 12 update for T-Mobile, Friday morning I believe. I've noticed a few bugs but nothing major. One is when creating folders for app icons and using the plus symbol in the folder trying to add more apps, it glitches and doesn't. Two I'd Bluetooth connection bug occasionally when you try to first sync your device. A restart corrected this, and one issue prior to the update and even after is the Smart Lock On-Body detection notification under settings not going away.

Yup, I got my OTA update this morning, too. I wasn't sure if we'd get it, being all too familiar with LG's updates (or lack thereof). I haven't had any issues yet but won't be surprised if there are a few niggles here or there.
This update had done nothing but brought pain to my phone
